“Today I had a really rough day involving random charges on my card. The staff at the front even though they could see and hear I was very frustrated due to unfortunate circumstances were very kind and understanding while giving me useful advice. I can not recall their names but the one lady was at the reception. Desk and the other lady was working in the office. Hopefully their supervisors read this review and recognize them. The time was approximately 1pm when I walked in.”

“The United Bank in Pace is where the old South State bank was before it deserted us to Milton and fired ALL of the employees that were there. The best banking employees I've ever had in my 50 years of banking. United came along, bought the building and hired ALL of the valuable employees that Southstate threw away. We kept Donald, Matt, Lecia, and banking has never been better. AND it's in Pace, no travelling. The best part is they dont charge all of the little charges Southstate did. I am so glad I can bank again with MY friendly people, in MY town, without travelling even to Milton and I feel like it's an old fashioned small town bank.”
