“I went to T-mobile store in Palm City to get some billing issues resolved. An AMAZING Associate Dollo (Adam) not only listened to my questions and concerns, He called CS and did a 3 way call with my husband on the line. Adam knew I was a little bothered with my monthly bill, talked to CS for me.!!! His calm demeanor, and caring personality really showed me he cared -and stayed on the phone for a long time with CS to resolve my issues. I can't say enough about Adam and the WAY he handled my situation. He didn't know I observed him with another customer before me.....SAME personality and Calm Demeanor. When I say genuine personality it is true! If you have T-mobile and live in Palm City/Stuart area, please stop in and ask for Adam and you will see for yourself.

“Julia again saves the day!! We recently switched to AT&T and Julia walked me thru setting up the system for our house with patience and ease. Today I deleted a traveling e-sim after returning from Europe and my phone thought it was on our former plan, and therefore in SOS mode. I walked into the AT&T store at 11:02 and Julie had my phone back on the correct network and resolved the issue so it doesn’t repeat with future travel. I walked out at 11:10.
