“We have lived in Cortland Bayside for 2 years and we have absolutely loved our time here. The office and maintenance staff were always kind and responsive. The grounds were always kept clean and beautiful, like living in a resort. The location is perfect between Clearwater and Tampa. Happy to have called this place home. Highly recommend!!”

“Lived there for 2 years without issue, it's the best apartment complex in the area and it stayed at a great price point. Hard working groundskeepers and property management, good noise buffering between units, plus a nice area in town with several shops in walking distance. Units come newly renovated, please check them out if you're looking for a nice place to live.”

Amber was so helpful and kind on moving day and made me feel I was welcomed as part of the community. Happy to call this place my new home.”
“I have lived here many years - the building has been through many changes, all for the better. Management is great. They have nice activities for us. We are close to shopping. The building is secure. Pool is kept very clean. Building is quiet. Maintenance does their best to get to your issue in a timely manner, you must remember there are only 3 of them and over 200 apartments. I enjoy using the gym. Walking the halls for exercise. My husband enjoys the billiards table. I do wish we had a little dog park- maybe someday. I’m so thankful the Lexington takes Section 8. And I am happy to call the Lexington club home.”
