“Diana was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She had answers to questions I didn’t even think to ask, as well as every question I did ask. The entire process was smooth, quick, and efficient. The tour of the property and available units felt natural and never awkward or like a hard sell.
It’s clear that Diana truly loves what she does. As we walked the property, she even took a moment to pick up a stray piece of trash, showing how much she genuinely cares about the community. Her attention to detail and dedication made the whole experience exceptional.

I lived at the Apex for almost four years, then had to leave to take care of some family matters. When I returned, I rented again at the Apex. Having a great manager, like Todd, who genuinely cares about the tenants, is one of the reasons people stay at the Apex. I got a few friends to rent at the Apex, and when I came back, they were all still here. Anastasia is a key component as well, especially since we have a large Russian/Ukrainian community.”

“to anyone seeing these bad reviews, I don't agree with 90% of them. I've lived here since 2021. over the year there have been new owners but after the recent remodel I love it. rent is dirt cheap compared to everywhere else's 1,800 for a 1 bed . maintenance isn't the fastest but I rate it a 5 star all day long”
