“I had to call and ask SEVERAL questions about service, price points and phones. Ed answered all of them and was not only kind, courteous and patient, but he gave me a plethora of information so that I could help and inform my 85 year old father. He was incredibly upbeat and positive and I was already happy with Cricket but Ed was just one more reason that I would recommend Cricket! My only complaint is not with Ed but with Cricket, we live in the USA and I was appalled and very disappointed that as a Navy daughter and U.S. Marine Corps mother, the company does NOT give Military discounts. That is shameful! We would not have the freedoms we have without the men and women that have fought and continue to fight for our country!”

He spent a couple of hours with me—patiently, thoroughly, and kindly—trying everything he could to get things sorted out. Even though it wasn’t their sale or mistake, he still treated me with the utmost professionalism and care, and ultimately pointed me in the right direction.
