The Mobile expert there Kalani Nooney was above and beyond the best representative I have worked with, for a long time. Professional, patient, knowledgeable and a great team rep, she made my T Mobile experience easy and comfortable. She listened to my needs, and thoroughly explained all options and finally I decided for the ALL-IN package. Turned out to be exactly what I needed and a fantastic price. I also watched the store manager and Kalani work together with harmony and professionalism with all the customers and saw many happy clients... myself included.
