Go shop elsewhere. Beware of how they treat their customers. We are locals and will never shop this store again as they sell junk. We tried to return a beach cart and they claimed at check out they would have informed us an item was non-refundable if it did not work. It was an $80 cart, and totally did not work. We would never have bought it at that price if we knew if it didnt work, we couldn't get assistance. They never told us about this policy, instead, just chatted with us as we were new to area. They sell products that do not perform as advertised. This was our first purchase and last. No wonder its empty.There are plenty of other good places to shop in the area that offer items that actually work and explain store policies.”
“Open late and had exactly what I needed (a beach towel) and something I didn't know I needed (a matching shirt and shorts set for my husband). Staff was very sweet.”

“Found exactly what I was looking for. Then, some... Perfect location. Pleasurable experience. Check out was speedy and cashier was pleasant. One observation, I picked up several clothing items off of the floor and saw lots of merchandise out of place, while shopping. As a customer, I expect the store to be tidy.”
“This is my favorite JCPenney location! They have a great selection of clothing with amazing quality items for the whole family. Linda was super helpful and always has a wonderful smile whenever I see her. Also have to mention Renata who is always willing to assist me in finding sizes. The whole team is fantastic
All of my items were on clearance, so it’s definitely worth taking the time to look through the inventory—you never know what great deals you’ll find! Amazed all my special occasions have been dressed with JCPenney.

“I was on vacation and my battery died on me, I ended up here at Walmart. And I believe his name was Dean the coach in the Autocare center helped us. He was the nicest and most polite person I've ever met at Walmart. He helped with every part of it and got my car straight in to get the battery changed out. Then Thanked me for coming in and talked with us a little bit longer while we was picking up the car. He really made a difference that day, every other Walmart I've been to they always seem so super busy and no care at all. But he took the time to really help us and I couldn't have been anymore pleased as I was that day. Thank you for helping and making us feel important. Walmart definitely needs more people like you!”

“The woman in the sparkly glasses is named Lori… And she is a true delight every time I come get my prescriptions at the 818 Walmart pharmacy! She always has such a positive attitude and a cheerful smile! Her and another associate have the most playful banter and I truly appreciate all of the staff at the 818 Walmart pharmacy… They are always patient and kind. I honestly look forward to filling my prescriptions just because of the staff! Hopefully the people that have reviewed them negatively will come around and see them in a different perspective.”
