“I was blown away by the engagement in this store. I'm a retail manager ( in womens clothes, at a competitor) and I never shop here. I was traveling and needed some pj's rather urgently and popped in. It was like shopping decades ago. Every person in every department I walked through greeted me and seemed genuine. I got to the intimates section and that associate helped me in a very nice way. Great job Dillards and I love my pj's”

“We're in PCB for a couple of days, and we're going to need supplies. Take a wild guess what the first thing I and or "most" people look for? Yep, you guessed it! Walmart! Navigating through the aisles with our cart for life essentials like beer, soda and drinking water. Maybe a couple bags of chips, and most importantly, some S. Pellegrino. Because fizzy water is life, specially for me. Left your bathing suit, beach towel, tanning oil or a toothbrush? No problem! This joint is the one stop shop and it's open 24hrs, so yes, why wouldn't they shut down all the mom and pop grocery shops that are the shining beacon of inefficiency. Might as well order them on Amazon, it'll get the before their next shipment comes in. Anyway, I had a pretty pleasant shopping experience here. It wasn't too too crowded, probably because it wasn't peak season. The aisles were neat and well taken cared of. The self check out was painless and our shopping was brief and painless. “The woman in the sparkly glasses is named Lori… And she is a true delight every time I come get my prescriptions at the 818 Walmart pharmacy! She always has such a positive attitude and a cheerful smile! Her and another associate have the most playful banter and I truly appreciate all of the staff at the 818 Walmart pharmacy… They are always patient and kind. I honestly look forward to filling my prescriptions just because of the staff! Hopefully the people that have reviewed them negatively will come around and see them in a different perspective.”
