“I recently had to have my car repaired from an accident I had and I chose crash champions. They did not disappoint, I went in thinking this was going to be a typical car repair business and was blown away with the total professional staff and quality of the work that they have done. Also I had to bring my car back for a minor detail that was possibly overlooked and a representative named Blake was more than helpful with correcting what was missed and apologized for the mishap. Will highly recommend if needed, give them a shot, I'm sure there work will speak for itself.”

I had an excellent experience at Budget Rental Cars in Coral Springs, Florida! I had the pleasure of dealing with Manager David, who went above and beyond to make sure I was fully accommodated. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about all the different vehicles available. The selection of cars was impressive, offering a wide variety to choose from. The facility itself was also very clean and well-organized, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location and especially commend David for his outstanding customer service!”

“Firstly, I love how Enterprise works with Costco! I was able to seamlessly book a rental through Costco's own website, and I appreciate the rates that members have access to. That alone makes me want to come back to Enterprise. Secondly, the customer service and care I received were excellent. This was my first time personally renting a car, and it was a great experience; I will be definitely coming back and recommending this branch specifically (on Copans & Powerline). The staff there are very kind, accommodating, professional, friendly/approachable, etc. Jose Flores helped me and showed me my rental car, asking if I was satisfied with it. I'm not well versed in cars, so I thought it was fine, but I mentioned that I was going on a long distance trip to Atlanta, Georgia, and he expressed his concerns about the compact car I initially chose. He told me it was made for inner-city driving (rather than long distance) and per his recommendation, I changed to a better suited car for my trip :) What I loved and appreciated was that it didn't feel like I was being pushed to upgrade my rental. He expressed genuine concern for my safety/the logistics of my trip, which prompted me to ask for his opinion on upgrading. He also helped me when I returned the car, so it was nice to give my feedback to the person who initially set everything up for me. He was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and considerate. If you get to meet Jose, he'll definitely take care of you!!! :0) I believe Kia also helped me, and she was prompt, efficient, and professional! They think of the customer first, and I couldn't recommend more :)
The car itself was great!! I loved all the features like the back camera, adaptive cruise control, and the sensors that let you know if a car is next to you/in your blind spot. I have an old car, so I don't have any of that, and it made the trip so much easier

“My Cirrus starter quit after landing to clear customs at KFXE. I found a Cirrus repair center on the field but they were unable to tow me and agreed to look at the plane if I could get it towed over. I called Atlantic Aviation and waited and waited and waited. Alex from Exec Jet Center stopped by my airplane (still stranded at Customs) and asked if he could help. I explained that I had a repair shop ready to look at the plane but I was having a hard time getting Atlantic to come make the tow. He had one of his guys there to tow me in 5 minutes and did not even charge me for the tow. What a great organization. I was back 5 days later and needless to say I overnighted at Exec Jet and refueled there also. Cheapest 100LL on the field. I had stayed away in the past because I figured they did not have time for little guys like me but I was treated like I was in a G550. I will use Executive Jet Center at KFXE every time I visit KFXE from now on and I will be there often. Thanks Alex and staff. 5 stars!”
“Having made an online reservation with Avis, I arrived at Avis Coral Spring only to find that my reserved vehicle was unavailable. I needed a six-passenger vehicle, but Avis provided me with a five-passenger one and asked me to return four hours later to pick up the six-passenger vehicle. To my surprise, the six-passenger vehicle was still unavailable upon my return. However, as compensation for the inconvenience, Avis upgraded me to a luxury eight-passenger vehicle.

“Had a rental suv for almost 2 mos, while shopping for another vehicle. Costly weekly rates ($7-800, which includes insurance & $300 security deposit). Been using them since 2020. So grateful, but wouldn’t do it again thru them.
Also, not all locations work with you (Margate FL is the best & has more variety of cars). If the customer service is not good, be sure to request another Agent/Rep.”

“I rented a midsive suv for my birthday here. Marcus assisted me in the pick up and the return process. He thanked us for our patience since we had to wait a bit when we got there. He was efficient and quick with both the pickup and return. He was friendly but also handled the process professionally and fast. I ended up getting an upgrade to a Cadillac SUV which drove like a dream. It was clean on the inside. It could have been washed on the outside but it wasn't filthy. When returning I spoke with Tyre as well who was very knowledgeable on the vehicles they had and had some great insight to the electric vehicles. Everyone here was so welcoming and friendly. I would definitely rent from here again. A1 service thank you guys!”

“I AM not someone who leaves reviews, good or bad, but I would be remiss if I did not go out of my way to do so here. First and foremost, the site manager, Ms. Judy goes above and beyond for her customers. Just amazing. Secondly, Ms. Shelly is a reflection of her manager, Ms. Judy. Ms. Shelly is extremely knowledgeable. She is very patient and goes out of her way to maintain a jovial disposition even in the face of some extremely disrespectful customers. I have watched her get disrespected and still go out of her way to be professional and even call around to other locations trying to rectify the rude customers' problems. IF I could give Ms. Judy and Ms. Shelly 20 stars, it still wouldn't be enough. Side note the young man Brett is also an absolute pleasure to deal with.”
