“Came here to fill up my propane tanks and was happily surprised with the service. This location is right by my house so I will most likely always come here for any u-haul needs. However this place is pricey. I also noticed on the previous reviews that the service was poor but I had quite the opposite experience. Made the line which was long but I waited. There were two people working but they really needed a third. When I got to the front the man was so nice helpful and smiley. Seemed so happy. He helped me by explaining the propane tank and took the time to go outside and fill the tank. Very pleasant. To fill the tank it cost me $17 just fyi. I'm not sure about renting trucks but the propane tank was an ok price. Will return when I need it.”

“Needed to rent a temporary space and this facility was one of the cleanest and secure in the area. I was helped by Cielo initially and throughout my time there she was always helpful and just an overall fun person to say hello to and great to answer any questions or concerns. If I needed storage again, I would go out of the way to select this location again.”

Never founded crowded and I had for 8 years. I always found the carts by the elevator and parking by my unit. More than once during my visits I saw the
attendant checking all the units locks as scheduled.
Automatic payment, online management and Exit process were easy fast and convenient!

“It is a very clean place. There are no insects of any kind. The bathrooms always have paper and are very clean. Good climate inside, no heat and excellent lighting.I have had days of spending almost all day in there and it is perfect.There are supervisors attentive to whatever you may need.”

Then, recently, I had the pleasure of speaking with Crystal a few months back; she was highly professional, had a great personality, and understood the business. She followed up several times on an issue to ensure it was solved. Today, it was the third member, Sebas. Talk about understanding the PS Brand!.. He was the epitome of how to get it done. “Someone at this location saved the day! I wish I had gotten her name. Penske couldn't provide the truck I had rented days before. On the actual pick up day Penske called and said no trucks are available. This location checked all over and got me a 15' truck, one-way, out of state within an hour. I am very grateful and will always use U-Haul from now on!”
