“Failed inspection 2x refuse to fix problems Still refuse to correct problems now we have bigger problems . Grateful that we could get these problems fixed that had been happening. We no longer have a pond. Saul the district manager came out. Looked at the situation and they had spent 2days to fix these problems and make them right. He was understanding and had solutions. Having a great experience last few days.”

“They have many locations, and all have great reviews and poor reviews, some have a poor wash and some have poor vacuums it's a hit and miss, hopefully you find the perfect one. I'm still looking because I've been to many”

“I needed propane for my RV and drove to Frank's based on so many good reviews. Indeed - they are good and they have propane! Frank's wife helped me back my rig into the tank and I was done and back on the road in about fifteen minutes. (I drive a 34' motor home and it was not a problem backing into the tank.) They were very pleasant to deal with and I paid them cash. (I knew they were a cash business - and that was not a problem at all!) I will certainly use Frank's in the future! Thanks for PROPANE!”

“The staff at this location have helped reduce the stress of a move during which nothing has gone anything like hoped or planned and optimism has been a liability. I've spoken to Jeremy and Richard on the phone and I believe the GM at the location. I'm grateful for their help in reducing the stress I'm dealing with, despite my delays undoubtedly affecting their days. Nothing but empathy and positive energy from their end. It makes the economic sting of spending a small fortune on a truck rental a little less insomnia inducing. Many thanks.”

“We have been working with Suburban for more than 8 years. We have used a few other suppliers but have found them to be fair and reasonable.I recently had to speak with them about a bill question and was able to get a live person on the phone quickly and was able to request to speak to a manger to explain and resolve the question. I would recommend working with them!”

“Professional, helpful team runs this place! We had a minor issue with my father's unit and Peggy from the office team and Joe (the manager) went out of the way to resolve it, even giving me Joe's cell phone number in case the front office line was busy. I would use their facilities if we need storage again.”

“Maybe I got lucky, but I received excellent service from TECO. I called and let them know that I wasn’t getting any gas. An hour later a nice gentleman came with his truck and got things going. He was very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised in a world where service seems to be going down the toilet.”

“Friendly and efficient. Our agent was obviously in training, forgetting to give me the key to the truck to verify mileage & fuel level, then didn't know how to secure the back door of the truck! Nothing wrong with making a mistake or two while learning!”
