“When we got there we met a lovely lady at the front desk miss summer. she was so nice and very helpful. we stayed in room 122 the room was clean no bugs everything was what we expected. we will stay there again. people said a lot a bad things about the hotel but the hotel was full for the weekend.a church cooked hot food for the whole hotel and it was all free. and we want to say thank everyone so much for everything they did. “Was in town for Girls State Weightlifting Championship. Go Suwannee Bulldogs!Four Time State Championship ? Winners. As a Choice member visiting this location for the first time. I found the room to exceptionally nice and check-in was pretty flawless. The location is in close proximity to a number of restaurants which is a plus. “My son and i stayed here while he was attending the FL Baseball Armory camp. There are very few hotels that get full stars across the board from me but our stay here was superb. Wish we could stay longer. Room and bathroom were very clean, staff was all very friendly and helpful... and the breakfast was the best part really. Hotel was quiet and i felt very safe here. Kitchen in room was very nice, though we didn't use any of it. Highly recommend and would choose to stay here again in a heartbeat next time we come to town.”

“New Hotel was nice rooms. They have a full breakfast eggs, biscuits and gravy sausage. I think I saw bagels and some other things and coffee. All employees or seem to call. Employees have been helpful and polite. I heard some things and read some things and it wasn't in a good neighborhood. It's just in an industrial neighborhood it's not a bad area I'm 63 years old, female and I went outside by myself at night and felt safe.”

“Excellent service, very nice and helpful staff. My room was clean. It just needs a few updates. The plug-ins are wearing out so the blow dryer and my charger didn't stay plugged in. The microwave didn't work. The mattress and lights could use to be updated.I liked my view of the pool.Nearby activities: Next to the Lakeland center, perfect for events.Within a few miles or minutes of excellent restraunts.Food & drinks: Had a nice breakfast with plenty of choices. Offered milk, juice, water, coffee and tea. Hot, cold cereal, eggs, sausage, bacon, French toast, waffles, yogurt, fruit, bagels, donuts, toast.It was all good.”

“Mediocre but generally clean, the AC vent was in decent condition, which a lot of hotels fail to keep the mold away.Slowest Wi-Fi speed at a hotel, up to around 5 Mbps. It’s been a long time since I last see a website load pictures this slow.There’s no filtered water in gym, which most other hotels do provide.”
