“Today I went to deposit some cash and 2 large bags of quarters in morning. I knew they were going to be a hassle and asked to for coin rolls and do them myself But Kayla not only went above and beyond by offering to assist by counting one whole bag for me and showing me how to roll them properly but also made sure i didn’t short myself while counting. When she finished counting the bag she had, she went as far as counting the rest of the second bag. She gave fantastic customer service so I really want to shout “Kayla” out.

“I've never had to wait in line for more than 5-10 minutes to do my banking at a Teller window at this location, unlike the location on Oakland Park Blvd, which can have over 30 minute waits... Never crowded, clean, Tellers are polite and quick. I wish they still had drive-thru's open, especially now during the pandemic.”
