“I was in the branch and Mr jak helped me .i m so thankful to his professional service and management I definitely give him 5⭐️ .Even some lady for no reason try to be nasty with him he kept his professional attitude calm respectful way .I would definitely bring my business to Bank of America mostly because of Mr Jak best professionalism.we need to bring more people like him for customer service who are polite kind and understanding the needs of customers.
