“The staff are always professional. You can expect a line on Monday mornings. Parking is good. Prices are outrageous. The place is shabby and understocked . Federal government has been trying to privatize US Postal Service’s for eight years and I don’t like that. There used to be something called “public” services and that used to be considered a good thing. I still consider public services a good thing. I’d rather my tax dollars go to public services than to war.”
“Often during busy times there are many customers but the staff work efficiently and I've never had to wait long. Kevin is very efficient and kind, tending to all customers' needs in a friendly manner. I've always had a pleasant experience there.”

“I went to this post office to send a card, and when I arrived, there were about six people ahead of me. Surprisingly, the wait was very short — maybe only 5 to 7 minutes.
The employees were all smiling, friendly, and genuinely helpful with every customer. Arron was the person who helped me, and he was extremely kind. When I asked about different stamp designs, he went out of his way to find several options for me, including flowers, birds, and more, so I could choose the ones I liked best. He also helped me buy a booklet because I wanted extra stamps to keep at home.
I had an amazing experience here, and honestly, I’ve always had wonderful experiences at this USPS location. But seeing Arron take the extra step to help me find the perfect stamps really stood out. He could have easily said, “These are the only ones we have,” but instead, he went above and beyond with such a kind and positive attitude.
For that, he absolutely deserves these 5 stars. Thank you, Arron!”
“Every time you come here, the line is out the door. And it's not a quick moving line either. If you're coming here in a rush, you might as well leave. The employees are very educated on their job, and they are very helpful in getting your problems solved and quickly. I would say that this place could definitely benefit from more staff, but it is very well organized. It can be overwhelming for people like me who don't visit very often though. So many things to fill out and getting up to the front you feel very unprepared if you don't know what you need or what needed to be filled out before you got there. Either way, the staff is basically what made my trip. The gentleman that was working there yesterday was efficient, knowledgeable, and best of all he was very kind. I wish I could remember his name and when I do I will update this post to give him the recognition that he deserves.
To all the customers that wait in line, once you get up there you don't have to be a jerk. And you don't have to stand behind the person in front of you on top of them either. But this is typical Boca Raton residents. Remember you're not important, you are just another place in a line. And when you go up there and disrespect the employees, you only look like the jerk you are. I appreciate the staff and they're complete kindness and patience for dealing with these people that they have to deal with.”

“I rarely go to the post office, so everything about shipping is unknown to me. I asked the first employee about the process of shipping a very small item; she pointed towards a wall, and I think made a sound that matched her not so happy demeanor. Another CUSTOMER, who was very familiar with the process; helped me with just a few sentences AND a smile on his face. I headed to check out and was THRILLED to find another employee, Angela!! “This might be the most “Boca” review ever and never in my life did I think I’d be writing a review for a post office but here we are.
I’ve been in downtown Boca for over 15 years and am lucky enough to have this USPS conveniently next to my businesses, so it’s always been my go-to and honestly, I never thought twice about it.
The team here is consistently friendly, helpful, and actually fun to interact with. I don’t know them personally, but they always make you feel welcomed and taken care of. The ladies are super sweet, and there’s one guy who is freaking hilarious. Idk his name but I’m literally cracking up in line every time. (*Disclaimer: this location does get pretty busy during peak hours but they’re quick and efficient and you get a comedy show while you wait)
What finally made me write this was visiting another USPS location in Boca today and I had a completely different experience. The systems were totally different and outdated and the people weren’t mean, but just not nearly as friendly and helpful as my usual one. It made me realize how spoiled I’ve been and how much I took the downtown usps for granted.
Anyways, if you’re looking to get stamps, mail mail, send packages or whatever, this usps is elite.”

“I was torn between 3 and 4 stars. Lately, they have not had enough staff on the front during peak times. I do like the staff usually, but feel like they are stretched too thin and that can be exhausting for them and the patrons. The self help machine doesn't always function properly. The location is great and generally easy to find parking.”

“This is a small boutique USPS store located in the rear of Coral Ridge Mall in East Fort Lauderdale.
The agent was polite and helpful, and I was happily surprised that they provide different types of black markers for their customers to self-serve their shipping needs.
I came in with my box ready to ship, but because the contents were fragile, I asked if they had stickers or tape labeled, FRAGILE, for added protection. That's when the agent directed me to the self-serve counter to use the fat marker and label my box accordingly.
There weren't a lot of customers in the store. I was the second in line both times and the wait was good, compared to other USPS locations.
The one thing which is very confusing is that the entrance is the exit and those who go into the entrance to access their PO Boxes, have to walk all the way around, instead of simply across (one set of doors is to the left and another set to the right) to enter the store.
While there may be an unseen purpose in having done this, it's not common logic for their customers--and it's inconvenient to have to walk around on the sidewalk to get to the entranceway.
Withal, it was a positive experience!”

“this post office is kind of unique in that it does not deliver mail. It doesn’t have a ZIP Code area. It’s just its own ZIP Code and it has PO Boxes, kind of cool. The people are always real nice there and usually the line is not very long.”

“Initial Review (5 stars - 02/28/2026) - I was in Fort Lauderdale for a professional development event and realized that I had forgotten to mail a bill prior to leaving my out-of-state home. I needed a quick remedy to send my payment to ensure that the vendor received it on time. This USPS office was the closest one to my hotel and to my training location. The postal clerk was pleasant and so helpful. She understood what I needed to accomplish and guided me through preparing the materials to mail my payment. I return to this area regularly for work purposes. If I have a similar issue in the future, I will definitely patronize this post office location. It was a great experience!”
