“I usually go to the Monument location but since the Manager was not there I decided to go to the Beach location to get the help I needed with my current phone and possibly get a new one. Has he began to assist me he diagnosed my problem recommended changing phones and looked into my minutes and said I had an older plan that needed upgrading. This process saved me extra money by changing my plan and I walked out with a new phone. He answered some additional questions that I was very pleased with thank you AT&T for a fine Rep like Thomas.”
