“I had a truly exceptional experience with Louis Rodriguez Literally his customer service was an INCREDIBLE experience. Louis was super friendly, super helpful, and very personable. He made the stressful experience of activating my new phone after I accidentally dropped and broke my primary device. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in the issue I was having with the new device, being able to receive and transmit data but not able to make or receive calls. He gave me the best support and was able to fix and properly activate my device in like 5 – 7 minutes and was super informative about upgrade options and all the perks with upgrading my old account. Truly the best Verizon store experience because of Louis. He has gone above and beyond to help me from the first minute I entered the store.
Im aware there is more than one Louis at this location, so I used his full name because he deserves to be recognized for his outstanding service!

“I was recently in this Verizon store to upgrade my phone and Clay assisted me. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. He answered all my questions in a very straightforward fashion and discussed the rationale of his answers. He also enlisted the assistance of his manager when necessary, and the manager was equally impressive. I feel like I left the store with the absolutely perfect product to meet my needs, but without any unnecessary upsales.”

“This is probably only the second review I have ever done Darnell at the store was very helpful. You just don’t get service like that today we recommend him in that store for any you have I cannot cannot say enough about how patient he was. He spent 2 1/2 hour with me and straighten everything out and no problems whatsoever.”
“This location has been here for years and from time to time you see different faces and while most of them have been amazing the crew that they have in there at this moment are absolutely amazing. They are so compassionate for your needs and will go out of their way to help you with anything that need. They are so easy to have conversations with when you are waiting for things to get done. The music is always great and it’s just always a great time when seeing them in their work environment. The cleanliness of the store is amazing and even those you can tell they are making changes in the store, they still try and keep every thing organized and clean for all of us who come in especially having little kids who run around. I just absolutely love this location and will gladly refer all of my friends and family to them so they can get the experience that I always have when visiting.”

“Came in because of a broken phone. Originally had xfinity for my wireless but decided to come in to see my other options. Marnie immediately greeted me with a smile and was happy to help. She was very knowledgeable and explained all of my options to me. Walked out with a brand new iPhone 17e, case, screen protector, and a charging cable. She showed me how to use my new phone to FaceTime my grandkids and also explained the benefit of protection after what had happened to my last phone. Great job! Will definitely be coming back to see her.”
