He answered all my questions in a very straightforward fashion and discussed the rationale of his answers. He also enlisted the assistance of his manager when necessary, and the manager was equally impressive. “This location has been here for years and from time to time you see different faces and while most of them have been amazing the crew that they have in there at this moment are absolutely amazing. They are so compassionate for your needs and will go out of their way to help you with anything that need. They are so easy to have conversations with when you are waiting for things to get done. The music is always great and it’s just always a great time when seeing them in their work environment. The cleanliness of the store is amazing and even those you can tell they are making changes in the store, they still try and keep every thing organized and clean for all of us who come in especially having little kids who run around. I just absolutely love this location and will gladly refer all of my friends and family to them so they can get the experience that I always have when visiting.”
“Came in because of a broken phone. Originally had xfinity for my wireless but decided to come in to see my other options. Marnie immediately greeted me with a smile and was happy to help. She was very knowledgeable and explained all of my options to me. Walked out with a brand new iPhone 17e, case, screen protector, and a charging cable. She showed me how to use my new phone to FaceTime my grandkids and also explained the benefit of protection after what had happened to my last phone. Great job!
