“I came in looking for wide tennis shoes as I’ve been having a hard time fitting a good fit and was blown away by the amazing customer service I received from Juan and Matthew! They clearly communicated their knowledge of what shoes would be best and didn’t hesitate going back and forth to get multiple boxes as my foot tends to run in between shoe sizes. They were pleasant, making sure I didn’t feel rushed though they were closing soon and made my experience overall the best! You both deserve a raise! And a huge selection of other sports merch mostly the big 3 universities around here UF, FSU, and Georgia. The selection goes beyond that even I recommend any sports fan check it out really. “Yesterday I went in to look for boots, found a pair that I wanted and realized there was a stain (ended up being glue) on them. Told the manager, Paige, about it. I asked her if maybe they had a wet cloth to see if it would come off, that would be great! It was the last pair so I couldn't just swap. She took her time to try to clean them as best she could, spent about 25 mins doing so and even gave me a discount for the trouble! She was amazing and is definitely manager material! Not just because she tried to clean the boot, her customer service is excellent! Please recognize her!”

“Came in a couple weeks ago to try on some different jeans since my body has changed so much since becoming a mom. One of the workers (izzie) ran around probably 50 times grabbing me different style jeans to try on and not once did she complain. I came in again the other day just to browse and I saw izzie working again and let me just say, she is a hard worker! I used to hate the fitting rooms but her being there made the experience so much better!!! Hope she's there next time I go, I need more sweat sets. Whoever hired her knew what they were”
“Four stars because I needed customer support to fix a few issues, but in the same breath, four stars for fixing the issue and getting me taken care of. I used the phone number provided for one customer service issue and I used the Messenger app link to talk to someone directly (quicker) to correct different problems. They fixed all my problems, corrected my orders as needed and took care of the money aspect. I was frustrated at first but I'm happy now. The order I placed was for a sweatshirt that is incredibly luxurious and roasty toasty warm. I also ordered a pair of slacks that are extremely comfortable. The product isn't the issue. But they are very helpful and prompt about correcting situations such as wrong size ordered and wrong color received. All in all, I'm happy with Fabletics. I would recommend you read all the fine print before you get that VIP token. It may save you some money.”
“Took my ten year old to get a new baseball glove. He is a lefty, so his options are a little more limited, and I wanted to make sure we made a good choice. Aiden helped us pick a glove and helped us try on helmets. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and just such a gem. After we bought the glove, we came back upstairs to get it steamed. He saw us out of the corner of his eye and immediately told us he was almost done helping his customer and he would be right with us. He took his time asking my questions, making sure he broke the glove in the way my kiddo wanted. He even showed him how he was breaking it in, and gave him lots of baseball pointers while we waited. I was so grateful for him, he was so patient and sweet! Give that boy a raise!!”

I will be back to get a Chelsea Jersey when the season starts back up. Employees were very helpful and so nice! 10/10 will be back.”
“My review isn’t about ordering equipment or uniforms. I use Baker to break in baseball gloves, and they do an absolutely amazing job—ten times better than Dick’s Sporting Goods. They steam the glove, treat it thoroughly, and really put in the time to ensure the glove is ready to go.
They also do a great job restringing broken gloves. With a fast turnaround time, I’ve had no issues and recommend their services 100%.”
