“I can’t say enough good things about Liberty Savings Bank and especially the Shamrock Road branch. My family has been banking there for many years and we love that the people working there know our names when we walk through the door or drive through.A couple years ago my 86 year old mom moved her accounts to Liberty after being with a very large international bank for most of her life. She left the big bank because she felt like she was just a number, and when she needed help with anything they made her feel like she was a real inconvenience to them.Recently my mom got a phone call from a man that said he was an investigator from her insurance company (he wasn’t). He said that her credit card data had been stolen and that the thieves took $400 from her account and that she needed to give him her personal information so he could track down the thieves and get her money back. Unfortunately, she fell for the scam and gave him her account numbers, birthdate, etc.The next day she got a call from Liberty Savings Bank saying that someone was trying to get into her bank accounts. My mom realized at this point that she had been tricked when she gave her personal data to the “investigator”. Of course she was sick about it. She immediately went down to the Shamrock Road branch of Liberty, and they worked with her for several days to get all of her account numbers changed, get her a new debit card, get her direct deposits changed over to the new account, and get her automatic payments for car insurance, etc. switched over to her new account. She told me that she could not believe how great they were for taking the time to work with her to resolve this problem. The service she received was head and shoulders what she experienced at her previous bank.My family has always been very happy with the service from Liberty Savings Bank, and this recent experience with my mom just drives home how special they really are. “Today PNC South Venice branch was extremely helpful. Last week on Friday I didn’t receive my regular paycheck direct deposit because I changed banks. So I was issued a paper check in the mail that I waited to be delivered by the mailman today Monday. Because I had auto payments coming out and a minor procedure this morning at the dermatologist I was bandaged up and really needing to replenish my bank account with cash today. I heard that I could take my paycheck to the same bank as my employer which happened to be chase bank and I would only pay a fee to have my check cashed. Well I stated to Chase that I did not have an account and that I was willing to pay a fee. I endorsed the check and then another lady stepped in and said they couldn’t cash my check because I don’t have a Chase account. I was shocked! Because then she said I would need to go to a brick and mortar PNC to explain for them Chase bank as to why the endorsement was canceled. Visiting this branch at PNC I was so pleasantly greeted by a lady with brown curly hair. I wish I got her name. I was pretty stressed out from everything and the team at this location was extremely helpful and nice. I was able to cash my check express to cover my auto payments coming out. I’m so grateful for PNC Bank for helping turn a negative experience to a positive experience. Thank you!”

“We have been going to Bank America since nobody had ever heard of it in Englewood Fl. We have been with the Bank since then . We have been going to the bank on Tamiami Trail Venice. As far as we are concerned we never go anywhere else they are knowledgeable and very customer oriented. We go to them for everything. I love there . They also know us by name and we know them by name. The only bank that has a program for keep the change .if u buy something with debit card. And comes to 1.40 60 cents goes into your account . Love it. If you have a problem the best thing to do is talk to the person . They are always ready to listen to you .”
