“Teresa, of TD Bank was very help today, 06FEB2025 at the 8000 S U.S. Hwy 1, Port St. Lucie, FL location.
She helped us request an IRA CD reansfer from an out of state to this PSL bank (making things easier for my 86 year-old Dad). She also helld change the POD beneficiary to his newly established Trust.
I live in another state and Bank almost exclusively online.
TD bank and Teresa, provide that small town personal experience that is missing with most businesses today. We hane visitors rhos kovaton a few times in the past two weeks and I was pleased to see they know my Dad by name when he walks in and he is not as major player!”

“I had to reorder a debit card because mine was compromised. I had been trying to get one from the Truist on US 1 and PSL Blvd. For 2 months! They are slow at that bank, rude and I just truly don’t think they know what they are doing. After 2 months I decided to try the bank in Tradition. OMG what a difference. I walked up to the teller and was telling her my situation, I was almost in tears. A lady from behind the teller immediately said come to my office I will take care of this , her name was Melissa!!! 11 days later I had my new debit card.!
