I came today to this Cricket store to Jeremy because I wanted to switch over from Metro and bring my 3 lines and he went over all the deals and pricing and made sure to give us what we were looking for so we came out with two very good Samsungs and I upgraded myself to a Moto Razr which is amazing. I appreciate the time and patience to make sure everything was setup on all devices before I left the store and he treated us very well. I recommend anyone to come here to this amazing team. Bruno is amazing and superb might I add! He fixed my daughter's iPhone 11 in less than 10 minutes. She had a swollen battery and needed a replacement and his price was reasonable, I can't complain and will definitely come back to have Bruno service me and my kids iPhones in the future?I would highly recommend him!”

I bought a new phone but I needed to have all of my videos and pictures and text messages and apps all transferred to the new phone because I have lost my mother and my brother and did not want to lose all of everything I had left of them and this young man stayed working on my phone for about 4 hours patiently and kindly without hesitation without any frustration in between customers and somehow managed to get that done. nowhere else what I have gone that somebody would have spent that much time and dedication to do that. today you just don't find that type of customer service anywhere.
