“There was no wait when I arrived, though the full phone replacement process took about 1.5 hours. DJ assisted me and, while he is new, he was supported by Andy. Both were friendly, attentive, and ensured I received the best pricing and most up-to-date plan without increasing my costs. In fact, I left paying less per month with a better plan. I would definitely recommend this location. The only drawback is paid parking while validated, it only covers up to one hour. Thank you, DJ and Andy!”

“I like how it was fast to replace my iPhone 11 and my iPhone 13 Pro but I didn’t the fact that the person who changed the battery was trying to update my iPhone 13 Pro to iOS 18. When it’s running iOS 16. And I dont see why the person try updating my iPhone 13 Pro when it doesn’t need to be updated when the battery is replaced”

We had a complicated and frustrating situation that involved multiple visits and a lot of confusion, and he was truly the only person who stepped in and consistently helped us from start to finish. He took the time to really listen, explained everything clearly, and worked hard to find solutions when nothing else was working.
He stayed patient and professional the entire time, and it was clear he genuinely cared about getting everything resolved correctly instead of just rushing us through. Because of him, what started as a mess finally got handled properly.
