“I went to the store nov 25. As we checked out our cashier , David B was awesome yet the lady whom I have never seen before had to have been new. She had no clue how to pack. The platic bags were ripping due to her overload in a bag. The bags were packed with no - no how at all. Pie crust were thrown in on the bottom of bag and cans and other heavy objects were thrown in cold and boxed items. You can guess the crusts were just a total mess. The rest of the bags had no method of packing either eggs in with cans etc. I think she had to miss how to pack in training. This was the first time I ever had a problem with any publix stores. Please train her before the same happens to others. Thank you”

“Hang with me, this is a long one. I ordered a custom cake from this Publix with the word "delivered" written on top in a script font, in an ivory icing to match the actual cake. I pick it up 24 hours later and the word "delivered" is written in BLOOD RED FROSTING!!! I about lost my mind. The bakery manager helped me as much as she could so after that I left. As I was paying, my check out associate asked how I liked my cake, I clearly wasn't pleased so he called the assistant manager, Britney!The cake experience was a 0/5 stars for sure!!!BUT THIS REVIEW IS SOLELY FOR MS BRITNEY!!Britney came down the stairs from the office and was kind and warm. I explained to her my predicament with this cake and that my party was in 3 hours. She quickly phoned another Publix, when our location didn't have the cake in stock without writing on it. She located the cake at another Publix and she CHOSE to leave this Publix, pick up that cake and hand deliver it TO. MY. FRONT. DOOR. Wow now that's customer service. I kindly told her no no, no way! But she persisted. Within 11 minutes, she successfully secured a beautiful cake, however no writing on the top, and hand delivered it to my home. She took it one step further and brought me lovely, thick plastic dessert plates with a beautiful rim around the edges AND matching cutlery!!! WOWWWWWBritney you single handedly were able to turn that entire situation around, for the good. And for that, I am grateful! You will never know what your kind gesture did for me that night, because I was celebrating the launch of a very important brand that will hopefully change people's lives, for the better. “We have been using this pharmacy for a few years now and I must say we couldn’t be more pleased. I have complex medical issues and am on multiple medications. Troy and his staff are always willing to help and go above and beyond with the annoying issues that can arise with refills and physicians offices. Special call out to Morgan, Eve and Caroline who are so helpful & professional. Troy the Pharmacist is always willing to answer questions, I respect his knowledge as the subject matter expert and he’s always willing to discuss my concerns. I can’t say enough about how much it means to someone that has chronic illnesses to have such a wonderful pharmacy with an amazing group of professionals looking out for my heath.”

“Stopped by this Publix to put in a cake order for my kiddo's birthday. When I arrived at the bakery, Sue, the bakery associate I worked with was super cheerful and kind.I let her know I was here to order two cakes, both for different days this week. My kiddo requested a cookie cake, but didn't want frosting on his side, but wanted frosting so that others at his party could enjoy the cake. That being said, Sue was in for a doozy of a confusing order.I let her know I needed a cookie cake for tomorrow and that half the cake would be plain, just a literal cookie and the other half would be fudge frosting for the border and in red icing it would say "Happy Birthday".I told her I needed the same thing for the weekend, too. She thought that the other bakers may think this is a mistake, so she was careful to write out all the directions on the bake slip.She did say, if after you have the first cake tomorrow and your kiddo wants it changed or doesn't like the way it looks, call us and let us know and we're happy to update the cake for the weekend.I like that Publix really goes above and beyond. I'll keep you posted on how it turns out, but most importantly if my kid likes it.”

“Stopped by this location to grab a few items. I will say every time I come here, parking can be a bit problematic. We were greeted when we arrived. The store was pretty clean, things were put away, and items seemed to be in stock, which isn't always the case. The only section I'm not a fan of is the food section, it can be hit or miss. The self checkout line wasn't long and seemed to go pretty quickly, which I appreciated. All in all it was a fine experience.”
