“I had a wonderful experience today at this AT&T store. From the second I walked in, I was greeted pleasantly by Nathen. He told me there would be a wait and estimated the wait time. He clarified what I needed to make sure it was worth my time waiting. He was pleasant and professional dealing with his current client as well as those of us that were waiting. As issues arose he was very nice and sincere. Explained everything very well and made sure he met each customers need. It’s been a long time since I’ve had such sincere customer service and got exactly what I needed! I would recommend him and this store to everyone. I will definitely be back anytime I need anything.”

“Not a bad store in my opinion, I bought a phone at this store once before, i only wish that they would answer their phone, it's say they're open from 12-5 Sunday but nobody is answering the phone and I even went to the store and the door was locked, they should update their schedule and change it to Monday-Friday because apparently they're not actually open one the weekend, as i said I called today at 12 pm so then I figured they must of went to lunch or something so i waited a bit and decided to go to their store instead but they was not open, please update your opening hours and the days that yall are open!”
“Rep Adam M. has been extremely nice and friendly and provided customer service beyond what we have ever seen from a cell sales representative. Way beyond. He came and visited our employee at work and swapped her cell phone data. He did not have to travel way out here from Zephyrhills to do that, but he went a lot of extra miles to get the job done. “I (Daniel Rosenberg) went there today to replace my old LG phone and couldn't have received better customer service. My old phone needed charge to get my contacts saved to my old phone. It was filled with dust and dirt and the staff, led by Martina, spent a long time clearing the debris to charge it enough to transfer my data. They were successful. Answered all my questions. Staff was kind, patient, and helpful.”

“When you call to sign up, the answer right away (within 30 seconds). But when you call to answer, you are at least on a 20-40 minute wait on a good day, which the repetitive answering machine on the background telling you to download the spectrum app...However, the reps were very helpful!”
“Antonio and his team from Spectrum at the Grove in Wesley Chapel earned ALL the STARS! What an unbelievable collaboration as they worked in unity to assist me and the 16 other names on the store’s waitlist monitor, only 2 with scheduled appointments. All reps were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Their combined efforts reassured each client we would be helped in a timely manner. Still, I never felt rushed or dismissed when it was my turn.
