“I met Jeff when I bought my IPhone 15. He had a great customer service, intuitive knowledge and was well versed with the AT&T systems and policies. He instructed me to return to the store once I receive my phone so we could do activation and all the switching together. He did a great job with everything that he could. Long story short it took almost 2 days to get my phone working properly and not because of any fault of Jeff at all. Even when I was losing my patience he stayed calm, asked for help when needed and always remained positive and supportive. He went above and beyond to make sure things get working. He was on the phone with Apple with me and helped me return my old phone after everything was done. He is kind and caring and a great addition to the store! Thank you Jeff :)”
