“I had a wonderful experience today at this AT&T store. From the second I walked in, I was greeted pleasantly by Nathen. He told me there would be a wait and estimated the wait time. He clarified what I needed to make sure it was worth my time waiting. He was pleasant and professional dealing with his current client as well as those of us that were waiting. As issues arose he was very nice and sincere. Explained everything very well and made sure he met each customers need. “I came in at 6:55 pm on a Monday with a broken phone. I had purchased a phone from another store and that 3rd party store told me the people at AT&T wouldn't help me. I went in just to check not knowing they close at 7. Cory just finished with another customer and asked if he could help me. I told him what I had and told him I was using a prepaid phone and needed to start it up. Cory not only welcomed me, but was awesome about not being pushy about upgrading. While signing up my prepaid phone went over all the contract options. A great representative of AT&T and just a great person in general. I ended up getting my phone all set up, and it was past 7 pm. I didn't realize until I was walking out that they close at that time. He never once mentioned it or came off like he was rushing. I apologized and thanked him. Amazing employee, also I got a survey via text but I pressed 1 instead of 5. I was Very Satisfied with my experience.”

“Not a bad store in my opinion, I bought a phone at this store once before, i only wish that they would answer their phone, it's say they're open from 12-5 Sunday but nobody is answering the phone and I even went to the store and the door was locked, they should update their schedule and change it to Monday-Friday because apparently they're not actually open one the weekend, as i said I called today at 12 pm so then I figured they must of went to lunch or something so i waited a bit and decided to go to their store instead but they was not open, please update your opening hours and the days that yall are open!”

“When you call to sign up, the answer right away (within 30 seconds). But when you call to answer, you are at least on a 20-40 minute wait on a good day, which the repetitive answering machine on the background telling you to download the spectrum app...However, the reps were very helpful!”
“The representative was good and fixed the problem I had with my spectrum cell phones. But here is the discomfort of the visit unfortunately I got the counter that was next to the window west side of the building and the sun boils in there you couldn’t see the phone you couldn’t see what you were doing and you couldn’t stand there because it was so hot so we had to go to the side which was not good because that didn’t give us enough room next to the other counter . I don’t know why the manager of that Store wouldn’t suggest spectrum putting window tint on those windows which would be better than the blinds unless you use a certain kind of blinds because cheap blinds will melt that is something that needs to be taken care of immediately. It even makes the store hotter than it should be. I couldn’t be the first customer to complain about that.”
