“Karen and Marcel went out of their way to assist my toddler in finding correct fitting soccer cleats and shin guards. We weren’t able to make a purchase due to available stock in the store but it’s not for their lack of trying. They first measured my toddler’s foot to ensure we knew which size to try on, pulled all available inventory from the stock room, fitted him for shin guards and gave us the best advice for purchasing since we were not able to with Hibbett in Niceville. Karen was even knowledgeable about what soccer ball size my toddler would be playing with. Both were knowledgeable about sports cleats and shin guard styles. Thank you for the superb service Karen and Marcel! We promise to return for future sports equipment purchases.”

“Sarah was extremely helpful. I needed a larger size shoe to start Physical Therapy with my broken foot post surgery. I had called ahead to see what sizes they carry and when I got there, she had already pulled some out for me. She specifically found ones with support, cushion and clearance, knowing that eventually the swelling would go down and I would not need that size anymore. I was also struggling to try them on, and she brought a shoe horn and helped me with the shoe. I’ve shopped here before, but she helped solidified this a great store to shop for ASICS. “Omg where to start? Well back October 14 I ordered the rockaway shoes from the Destin Store with their store manager Kaye, I told her I needed them fast because I was going on a trip, I paid for 2 day shipping but my shoes didn’t arrive, so a week and half went by and kept waiting for my shoes, nothing happened so I called customer service, the woman on the phone was NO HELP AT ALL, she told me there was nothing she could do and I had to call the store, so I did, I called and to my luck Kaye was the one on the phone, I told her the story, she was super nice and apologetic about it, she asked for 30 minutes for her to make some phone calls and look around other stores to see what was going on with my shoes, 30 went by and she was calling me back with the greatest news, my shoes were on hold because a mistake from the shipping company and sadly they were unavailable, BUT awesome Kaye came to my rescue and she found them in a store in Texas and they were coming my way, that was Wednesday October 26 at noon, same Wednesday at 2:00 pm I got a call from the manager at the store in Texas, I think it was in Houston im not sure, wish I could remember her name to give her credit too, she was awesome and she was calling me to confirm that my shoes were on their way to me and right now is Friday October 28th, my shoes arrived 30 minutes ago, they are perfect, exactly what I wanted and I beyond happy and Grateful to Kaye and the other store manager from Texas, every store in this country should have managers that care and go above and beyond for their customers and that are also super nice and kind.
All I can say is thank you, you guys are awesome and I hope you are getting a good pay for your great work!!!

“I brought my boys in yesterday to get new Crocs. My youngest (7) had been so excited to get the red tie-dye ones. We bought the next size up from what he currently wears (he was in a 12, and we purchased a 13) and left the store thrilled.
As soon as we got to the car, he put them on, but immediately started crying and kicking them off. He has some sensory issues, and despite multiple tries, he couldn’t tolerate the feel of the new Crocs. He had been looking forward to them for so long that we decided to go back to the store and try the same size as his old ones.
When we returned, Ishmael offered to help. I briefly explained the situation, and he had my son try on the size 12s. He gently talked with him about what felt good and what didn’t, then quietly swapped them for the 13s—without mentioning they were the same pair he had previously rejected. My son put them on and immediately loved them. Ishmael had him walk around the store to be sure, then turned to me and said something like, “Didn’t you come by earlier and buy this size? Sounds like that pair is waiting for you at home.”
We went along with it, and when we got back to the condo, my son put on the original size 13, completely happy and comfortable. Ishmael saw that my son was stuck in a rigid mindset and found a compassionate, creative way to help him through it. He could’ve just made another sale, but instead, he solved our problem. We’re so grateful for his kindness and insight.”
