“Publix is a wonderful place to shop! At the Fort Myers Beach location, every employee I have come into contact with has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and nice. I really enjoy the in-store prepackaged meals. They are perfect for two people staying in a condo on vacation! The prices were fair and typical. There is a wide variety of ready to go foods, as well as wine and beer. There are also items for a beach day including body boards, coolers, sunglasses, hats, sunscreen, etc. They have never been really busy when I have been there over the years, so if a quick trip to a great grocery store is what you need, Publix has you covered!!”
“I was from out of state and in town visiting family. I came to buy a specific item which I knew they carried. I had to ask two employees and they just pointed me to where they thought it was located and both wrong. Asked a third employee and he was so nice. Stopped what he was doing and walked me to the display where they were.”
“Just wanted to give a shout out to this store. My wife and I popped in at 3:30 today. I immediately mentioned to my girl how nicely the cart rolls as opposed to other businesses. We made our way around the store with ease because everything was presented very well. When it came time to check out the line wasn't bad at all plenty were open. We had a fairly large amount in our cart as the cashier was ringing us up. The assistant customer service manager jumped in to bag! I excused myself to go to go check my lottery numbers. As I'm scanning them I see a Young man working behind the counter raise his voice slightly to a very senior citizen walking away saying sir you won $20 on this ticket. The Ole timer smiled and sheepishly said thank you I didn't realize. Publix nailed it from the minute we walked in to the moment we left. Professional with kindness on top as a shopping experience. Kudos to management!”

We visited another Publix up the road where the lady at the sub station was extremely unexpectedly rude to us when we asked to order subs so we came here to this location where we had a complete turn around on the customer service where we happily were served with a smile.”

“The workers are friendly, however, I was there yesterday, Friday Feb. 20, 2026. I believe it was lane #4, and the young man that was bagging my things had extremely bad body odor. I was gagging and almost threw up. ?.”
“This Publix is truly outstanding! We have two homes, and every time we visit our beach home, it’s an absolute pleasure to shop at this location. The front desk ladies always welcome us with a warm smile as we walk through the door. Their helpfulness is unmatched—if we need assistance finding something, they go above and beyond, even walking us to the exact spot.
Parking here is convenient, making it easy to get in and out. The prepared food is consistently fresh and delicious, and every hoagie is made to perfection. The staff works incredibly hard and always greet customers with a smile, even helping carry out groceries with genuine kindness. I can't say enough great things about the employees and their positive attitudes!”

“The cashier Pauleetta, she is a nice person but man she is really, really, Really slow! Besides that, the Walmart is very clean! I mostly come in here at night because I live next door and they are doing their nightly restock and this one kid seemed like her really didn't ant to be there. He had headphones in his ears and he seen I was trying to get to the yogurt and he just watched me struggle trying to get past all the stuff that was blocking the yogurt. Bruce really helped me a lot! I knew that you can't use WIC at the self checkout so I asked him would he be able to help me in which he did. He was super nice”

“Not cheap, except if you want small or specific quantities of spices, beans, rice, grains, flour, etc, all of which they sell by weight from bulk bins. Produce is quite good. Other items are high-end organic, ethically sourced foods that are priced accordingly. Good selection and staff are friendly and helpful.”

With discounts for Medications that either aren’t covered, or have very expensive Co-Pays. All in All while today most Pharmacies and Pharmacists are Rude and Judgmental and just all around Malignant. The people here are not judgmental and are caring and helpful and professional. I wish all Pharmacies and even all Publix Pharmacies were like this, although Publix does tend to have the best staff and the kindest people. This Publix Pharmacy at SouthPointe Commons is really the best.”

“Great little family-owned, hole in the wall shop on a main drag. Easy to miss as it's tucked into a tiny strip mall, but convenient it is. Recently expanded its stock to offer more small groceries, making this a much closer to home store for us than running to, say, Walmart, for little items here and there. Plus, you're supporting a small business versus a chain!”

I was stuck on a weekend with another location that didn’t have any of my prescription in stock and the pharmacist, Le made she she got me taken care of quickly and efficiently without having to jump through a ton of hoops while everywhere else made me feel like a burden or bother or just put it all back on me to figure out, while she took responsibility for helping me and made it easy. They will have my business from now on.”
