“The cashier Pauleetta, she is a nice person but man she is really, really, Really slow! Besides that, the Walmart is very clean! I mostly come in here at night because I live next door and they are doing their nightly restock and this one kid seemed like her really didn't ant to be there. He had headphones in his ears and he seen I was trying to get to the yogurt and he just watched me struggle trying to get past all the stuff that was blocking the yogurt. Bruce really helped me a lot! I knew that you can't use WIC at the self checkout so I asked him would he be able to help me in which he did. He was super nice”

“I really like this Publix. It's always well stocked and clean. The employees are always welcoming and helpful. Their hot food area has some great options. I like the fried chicken tenders which you can get as a meal with a couple of sides. They carry Boars Head at the deli counter. The store brand roast beef is decent, but the last time I got a pound, the deli lady gave me the end which when I got home realized it was like roast beef streamers. Lots of thin strips instead of actual deli slices. Almost impossible to make a decent sandwich from it. I would have not been able to look the customer in the eye handing them what this lady gave me. Thus my withholding of that fifth star. Overall, all departments are well maintained and the food is always fresh. I wish the meat dept would get some hanger steaks. I've even offered to buy the entire box if they would order it for me. My local supermarket up north used to do it for me. I guess they just don't need the added hassle, but it would be nice to be able to get it. Overall, I shop here several times per week and will continue to do so.”

“My husband was diagnosed with Covid while visiting Florida. Not something you want while taking your 1st vacation in 3 years.The doctor at a walk in clinic prescribed an antibody drug but the Walmart pharmacy in another fort Meyers did not have it. The super Walmart store sent us to the San Carlos Walmart as they had a similar medication. When we arrived they had not received the script properly and the clinic had us extremely upset with a series of events. The pharmacist and the staff did everything they could to help receive the script but their hands were tied by the clinic. I spent 3 hours waiting and the pharmacist was so kind and patient as were the staff. Brandon , Rita, Syde and Nurida. They were all so kind and patient. They made several calls and sent faxes while I waited . We realize that it’s a busy time in the medical world but it was a series of events of incompetence on the part of the Naples clinic that created this mess. I was extremely anxious but the concern of the San Carlos Walmart pharmacy and pharmacist helped ease me and helped so much to expedite getting my husband his medication. Special thanks to all of the employees there!!”
“I have found the pharmacy staff to be very friendly, informative, extremely helpful and willing to go the extra yard. They have gone out of their way to help me in all of my many visits when needed. Kudos to the staff member who on one occasion when I was rather confused about my prescriptions went to the trouble of printing out the drugs with explanations so I could figure out which ones I needed to fill. I have used their drive through as well as their counter inside the store; each and every time I have found the service to be excellent. Always service with a smile :-)”

“I went to two other CVS trying to get a specific vaccine. The first I had an appointment for and when I got there said they didn’t have it. Called another and they said they had it, went there and turned out they did not. Called this CVS and they said they had it and ACTUALLY DID! I had a walk in with them and was able to get in and out efficiently. Props to the pharmacy staff”
