“Every interaction I’ve had with extra space storage has been excellent. Kurt the manager of this particular site was welcoming, helpful and understanding. He secured two units across from our existing ones. Opened and closed units seamlessly. Provided a ledger of payments for my hurricane insurance claims. Absolutely recommend extra space storage and KurtPositive particulars to the Chiquita site: Don’t have to re input the access codes in the elevators (it is a real pain) and the bathroom was unlocked.”

“Good location and decent security. This location (Kelly Road, Fort Myers) is not staffed. You deal with a kiosk and it works fine. Price is great. I'm sure it will creep up and when it does I'll consider moving as I did with the place before this one. No major complaints.”

“From start to finish my experience with our rental at the Cypress Lake Dr. location has been absolutely fantastic! The manager on site was so patient and accommodating and so friendly. I just can’t say enough good things about her! The facility is clean and with our large utility trailer, the size of the aisles are very much appreciated. I highly recommend this facility and the pricing That we received is fantastic! Couldn’t have asked for a better transition from our old facility .”
