“I had a great experience. I went yesterday and thought I would have to use my phone which wasn't loading. But the nice gentleman working inside helped me out. Added extra time to my order. Got me on my way a little before my pick up time. And then when I dropped it off he got me out of there within 2 min. It was a great and perfect experience. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.”

There were some hiccups with inventory management which our representative Nick was able to smooth over for us, even on a busy weekend day. Put in good work for us when he could have sat back and claimed it wasn't his problem. Thank you!!”

U-Haul should know they are assets to the team.”

I witnessed someone getting upset at one of the ladies working the front desk that they wouldn't take a prepaid card and she was polite the whole time even when they stated they were going to come here and leave bad reviews and then some. “I rented a 15” truck for my move from Sarasota to Michigan. A couple times I called this location and the phones were busy but customer service on the center line were absolutely outstanding each time I called. At the store, Alicia and Tom were amazing, especially with help loading my car on the towing dolly! I would definitely recommend renting from them :)”
