“I had only been with one bank prior and when they went all virtual, I realize that it wasn’t for me. So I went to MIDFLORIDA Melissa was the person who started my account and walked me through everything. Got our online access set up completely. Explained everything thoroughly was just amazing. She also gave me some personal insight that I will never forget. Aaron is also an amazing person. After losing my mom and dealing with her estate he walked me through so much when he didn’t have too. One of the tellers named Dimitri is also a great person when dealing with inheritance checks, and things like that he was always super helpful. He reached out anytime there was issues and helped me resolve them. I absolutely adore this bank. They’ve been just plain awesome and if you want to bank at a place that remembers you and treats you like an actual person then this is the place for you!”

“My stepfater has been in the hospital with a medical condition and my mom needs to figure out all the billing and pay them, but she's never had to deal with anything like this before. Luckily we met Robin, my mom only speaks a little English, but she told me that Robin explained things to her that she could understand. I was surprised and drove from Tampa to Spring hill for help them understand the situation, Robin was warm and patient. She spend the time to patiently answer all of our questions and I can say that this is the best staff I have met in the US.

“I have had my accounts with PNC for 15 years or more. They are always helpful no matter which bank I go into in any of the states I am in. I had an issue with some criminals who got money out of my checking accounts through Zelle and PNC was quick to close everything, issue new accounts and put my money back into my new accounts. Be aware that the criminals today even had the PNC phone number displayed on the phone so you think you are talking to the bank.”
“After working with the WelIs Fargo Bank at 4319 Commercial Way, we can not believe how wonderful the woman who helps with probate is. She is patient and kind and so great to work with. We needed 5 years of my deceased Mom's checks from 3 different accounts and Aaliah was so good to us. She printed missing checks on her own time in between appointments, after we found some were missing after our appointments. Everyone else we encountered could not have been nicer or more personable. All the checks were printed without a charge! We are amazed how helpful they have been! We are looking forward to having them close by for our banking needs.”

I really appreciate her dedication and her hard work she truly cares for her clients. If I could leave more than five stars I would, she was beyond outstanding. I really appreciate her for getting to the bottom of the issues I was having! If you go to this Chase location I highly recommend Bernice.
