“Kevin was the best! He got us the right screws for our tv mount right away. Knew exactly where they were and which to get. Will definitely be back to this ace in the future.”

“Went in this morning to get a house key made for my granddaughter. I was helped by someone almost immediately and they were most patient with my selection choice of key color. The new key fits just perfectly into my door. And it seems that my “helper” at the store is the new store manager!! She is knowledgeable while being efficient, patient and kind. As a senior, I surely appreciate these gifts, as well as someone knowing her stuff without being condescending. I hope she’s here leading the way for a good long time.
Thank you!”
“Best store for whatever you need and whatever you don't need. I always find something to buy. I love the home decor and I always have to get my kitties their pellet bedding. Prices are awesome.”
“This is the friendliest Harbour Freight that I have been to. The young man was so helpful and greeted you as soon as you came in the door. He asked if I and others in the store needed help. I wish I lived closer I would always shop at this store. But I live 2 hrs away. The store where I live you have to find someone to help you and no greeting.”

“Josh and Jeremy are great to work with. I had a very unique double door build/hang for a recording studio install that they handled. The build quality was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.”

“I was in the area on a fluke. I saw the Makita sign, and being an exclusive Makita 18v tool user, I had to stop! I was impressed by the selection of Makita tools, and how knowledgeable Mr. Kevin is about their products. I was in need of a new reciprocating saw, and ended up walking out with the exact one I wanted, and at a much lower price than Home Depot! ALL of the tools are cheaper than Home Depot!!! I didn't need them, but did notice that the 18v batteries are also much, much cheaper than Home Depot! If you rely on Makita 18v tools to do work, this is the place you need to go, and these are the people you need to do business with! Support this local business!”
“The staff here was very helpful in trying to help me find what I needed. The store was very clean and easy to navigate. I do recommend going here if you need anything home related. They are also connected to a store that sells beachy clothes and another that sells (kind of expensive) outdoor furniture.”
“I had an excellent experience at Direct Tools Factory Outlet in St. Augustine. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Josh, Nina, and George really stood out for their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to take the time to help.
They answered my questions, helped me find what I was looking for, and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase rather than making me feel rushed. It’s not often you come across a team that provides such genuine and attentive customer service.
The store had a great selection, the prices were impressive, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. This team is a great representation of what excellent customer service should look like. I highly recommend the St. Augustine location and will definitely be coming back!”
“Extremely happy with the sliding doors my builder used from this company, and they sent a tech out to correct a few small adjustments. Ryan, and a tech who came out, they were extremely polite and professional. Answered all my questions and added some very helpful understanding of the seal / tracks.”
“My pretty little friends that WERE ON clearance LOVE LOVE LOOOVE and they look healthy and amazing. This store has amazing products and the service is always helpful. They teach me rather then shove it in my face. I'm there to grow my hobbies and learn so getting lost in there for hours is so worth it! The parking is scary since it's next to chic fila but once your in the store then the outside world is gone. My husband shouldn't worry about target he should stress Home Depot”

“Alison and her coworker ( sorry I forgot her name helped me with the best trash can purchase. They were a team that truly looked out for me ( a very loyal Home Depot customer) . Highly recommend the staff at the customer service area !”

“Did research on buying a Kayak and went to Hagan to look at their inventory. I was helped by David who was wonderful to work with, going above and beyond to help me not just with buying the kayak but teaching me the right way to load it on my vehicle and letting me make sure I'd have no issues with transporting the kayak.
10/10 experience and another huge thank you to Hagan & David for all the help. Took the kayak on the water for the first time and the Crescent kayak I bought is a 10/10 as well!”
