“Stephanie, manager of the PVB Proctor Ace nursery department, is THE go-to person for beautiful plants and outstanding, warm, and knowledgeable service! We needed 60 plants to landscape the front of our home, and without her guidance it would've been a disaster. She special-ordered them, ensuring that everything was appropriate for our climate zone. At her direction, we'd made a number of changes, resulting in a gorgeous display. You will not be disappointed after purchasing from this nursery (ask for Stephanie)! Wonderful people and plants!! “My husband and I had a fantastic experience taking the pen-making woodworking class with Jim and John at Rockler. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help every student along the way. They made the class fun, engaging, and easy to follow, even for beginners. We absolutely loved creating our own pens and left feeling accomplished and inspired to learn more. Jim and John created a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere that made the experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this class to anyone interested in woodworking, and we'll definitely be back for more classes. Thank you, Jim and John, for such a wonderful experience!”

“I wanted to give a shout out to Eric! Within a minute of entering the store, he was very attentive at greeting and inquiring where I could potentially find a battery that I needed for my chainsaw! He did offer recommendations for different products that might have had the battery I needed, and I ended up getting a lot more than I expected! I definitely will start going to this hardware store more often for my power tool and house needs!”

“I frequently visit different Ace Hardware stores around the city because of my landscaping business, but the Ace Hardware on Monument Road really stands out to me. Kay and Ellen are a big reason why. Every time I come in, they are kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Whether I’m picking up tools, supplies, parts, or trying to figure out the right product for a job, they take the time to listen and make sure my needs are met. Their customer service is consistent, professional, and genuinely appreciated. As someone who depends on hardware stores regularly for my business, it means a lot to walk into a location where the staff is helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. Kay and Ellen make this location feel different in the best way, and they are a great representation of what excellent customer service should look like.”

“The best place in Jacksonville for marine supplies. There is no place around that will go as above and beyond to help you as Specialty Marine. If they don't have what you are looking for they they will order it for you or try and fabricate it onsite. Greg has been an absolute rock star in helping me troubleshoot and fix issues I have had with my boat. Customer service and pricing is top notch. I wish I would have learned about Specialty Marine on Mayport Road sooner.”

“Robert, Shanna, Bailey, Tony, Ryan - my people! I can't leave out Barbara even though she's now retired, and Hank even though in another department. These guys are top notch and leave no stone unturned. Thank you so much for always being willing to dive down the rabbit hole for whatever weird bit or bob I happen to be searching for on a given day. I often place orders with Robert and even when it's being picked up at another location, he never misses a beat letting me know it's ready to be picked up. You just can't beat the level of service these folks provide and consistently at that. It's a pleasure to work with you all each opportunity that arises to do so.”

“I had an issue with an online order not being delivered on time. Contacted the customer service number provided, as directed via email a couple of times and was unable to resolve the issue. Some how I found myself transferred by customer service to the store. That's when I had the pleasure of speaking with Mason, one of the managers there. He was extremely professional and personable at the same time. He spoke to me with genuine empathy concerning my delay of delivery, and though it was not his fault he took ownership and responsibility to address and solve the problem with a sense of urgency. My delivery then arrived within just a couple of hours (after I had previously waited 4 days for a same-day order). Thank you Mason for going above and beyond to assist me!”

“Visited this Lowe’s location today to buy a grill. Spoke with a couple staff members that each gave me precise and accurate directions to purchase the grill. Yolanda was very helpful and made the trip efficient and helped us load the grill into the truck. One of the better teams I’ve seen at Lowe’s. Great job! ?”
