“The St Augustine regular location vs Outlet treats you like family and not a transaction. The outlet guy is rude arrogant and transactional like a used car salesman even to the point of trying to get me to pay $20 to reserve a product and tried to tell me regular store doesn't have the same products but they have everything you need at a better price. Alex Manager and David Sleep Expert have over 20 yrs experience and are not only highly knowledgeable but take their time to ensure you are long-term Happy about your satisfaction in the product you purchased. I did research and this location is the best! Highly recommend!”
