“The team at this location in particular was great. While there was a line when I picked up my vehicle in the morning, the team moved people quickly and kept things organized. I had an issue with the vehicle I rented, but their team was very accommodating and helped get me into a new vehicle. I'd like to give a special shout out to the manager at this location. She was very kind, personable, and understanding. The way she problem-solves and her level of customer service is certainly an example of someone I would want on my team.”

“The RAV4 that we picked up at Orlando Airport after a 9 hour flight from UK only spoke Spanish! It also appeared to have been smoked in and there was a cigarette burn on passenger seat. Called customer service from our hotel and they recommended that I take it to the Avis Depot in Kissimmee. The agent there was very helpful and cheerful. He swopped us in to a GMC Acadia in a matter of a few minutes with no quibbling. Highly Recommended.”
