The dogs were able to stay at home, be looked after and exercised. They took the time to get to know our dogs before we left and sent pictures while we were away to let us know all was well. Stuart Sound Animal Hospital
3689 SE Cove Rd, StuartOur aging Chihuahua had a raging skin infection. The Vet we had before we changed to Stuart Sound never took a culture or a new blood test.
Dr Pike did all that. Found out she has a raging bacterial infection non resistant to meds we were given and my dog needed a different topical cream from the one prescribed before!
Jami, her vet tech, lovingly snd gently gave her a medicated bath. She took the time to clean up the debris that had hardened on my dog’s skin.
The blood test showed that my dog has a high liver enzyme count solving the problem of why she’s drinking so much. Shes now on a liver supplement.
We have a new home for our furkid.

2239 S Kanner Hwy #4619, StuartWonderful and caring staff from beginning of our visit up until pickup. The communication with me about my dogs condition was so easy for me to understand. The nurse even came out with a diagram of the heart and circled the areas. I really had a great science lesson. The doctor was extremely personable as well and was happy to share the wonderful news with me that Shayla’s degenerative heart condition did not progress and is still mild. I would commute 2 hours to go to this Cardo Care Center as I felt so comfortable that my girl was in great hands.

I was served within 10 minutes. I will definitely look out for the truck again! I am interested in trying other things on the menu next time.

710 S Colorado Ave, StuartLet me share with you the most delightful Vegan Café and Juice Bar that I literally just happen to stumble across, Fruits and Roots in Stuart Florida located across the street from the Colorado Shopping Plaza. While waiting for my mom at her doctor's appointment I was looking for a place to pick up something to eat and noticed this nice green colored building with outdoor seating that said Juice Bar and Vegan Café. Well, this was "right up my alley" and went inside. The whole place is light and bright with corner to corner windows and plenty of seating. There is a chalk board on the wall that let's patrons know that all food is made to order and fresh. Also listed is their "Specials" of the day. The cashier was such a joy to talk and between the Menu Items, Specials of the Day and Soup of the Day, I wanted to try them all. I got the Tuna Chick Wrap and Sunflower Curry Soup and was so impressed on how delicious they both were. All I could think about it, there should be a location like this in Fort Lauderdale as this is where I live, I was just visiting mom in Stuart. On the way out I also bought Spicy Pumpkin Seeds. Fruits and Roots is an absolute Gem of a place and I hope they expand into South Florida, just cant say enough nice things.

I got an iced lavender honey latte with oatmilk and one of the avacado toast options, both were great and a lot of food sizing, ended up splitting it. Place was busy on a weekend, plenty of parking and got right in to order. There's plenty of sitting options and pretty quick.
