The staff is incredibly attentive, kind, and experienced. They take their time with every dog and make sure each grooming session is comfortable and personalized. You can immediately tell they genuinely love animals and understand how important our pets are to us.
And I have to say — Paola is absolutely the best groomer and hair stylist for dogs. Her work is amazing. She has incredible attention to detail, patience, and talent. Every dog she touches comes out looking beautiful, stylish, clean, and happy. She doesn’t just groom dogs… she transforms them with so much care and passion. You can tell she loves what she does, and the dogs trust her completely. That’s something special and not easy to find.
Another thing I really appreciate is the atmosphere. The place is super clean, organized, and welcoming. The dogs are calm because the environment feels safe and loving. You don’t see dogs anxious or scared — you see them comfortable and cared for. For me, that is one of the biggest signs of a truly professional grooming salon.
On top of all that, the prices are excellent for the level of service you receive. Honestly, it’s worth every dollar and even more. Finding this combination of quality, kindness, professionalism, and affordable pricing is rare nowadays.
If you love your dog and want the absolute best care, grooming, styling, and attention, this is the place to go. I fully trust Sugar Puppy and highly recommend it to anyone. After a traumatic experience at another vet, I decided to try Fondren. The vet and tech were very compassionate and patient with my dog. We were not rushed and they tried several different approaches to make him comfortable. Fondren is the only place I will be taking my dogs from now on.

So, sometimes patience is needed so that the staff can adequately treat the more critical patients first. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I was impressed with how organized helpful and pleasant were the technician Michele and Ashley they took their time to listen and ask many good questions about Tie before seeing a doctor. Immediately I felt comfortable and I knew that I was in good hands!!! When Dr RT came with the ultrasound results I was even more impressed with her knowledge and how well she communicated to me what is going on with my boy and what needs to be done. She explained to me in a great detail the cause of Tie stomach issue and had solutions and a plan to get him back to health. I really appreciated how kind and relatable she was she took her time explaining the situation and I knew that she really understand me and my concerns. Dr RT many years of experience and dedication is only one of her qualities she also has dogs and was able to share some of her experiences with me which made meeting her that much better. I felt that my boy is in good hands and her energy and calmness relaxed my nerves Dr. RT is an amazing at what she does and she loves her patients. After the appointment I immediately called my sister her and I do not have children so our boys are our babies and told her that I found an amazing Internal Specialist and I feel realize I finally will be able to bring my boy back to health.

Dr Pam and her team took such good care of us even though I was a total wreck. They saw us immediately (on a Saturday!) and did not charge us any extra fees for this. He is doing much better already, and I'm so thankful for their care and compassion. Highly recommend for exotic pet owners!

They were always happy to answer my calls and gave me updates whenever I needed them, which really put my mind at ease.
I especially loved that they sent pictures—seeing my dog happy and relaxed made all the difference while I was away. It’s clear they truly care about the animals they look after.
When I picked her up, she was happy, calm, and clearly well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to board her here again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place they can trust!

It is amazing how much progress took place while he was in their loving care. After the two weeks they taught me how to incorporate the commands and practices Tucker learned. Their follow-up was incredible. They even came to my office to visit with Tucker and me to see how he was fairing. They were able to give me further instruction and tips to enhance his continued progress. It was obvious to me how knowledgeable and dedicated they both are to deliver on their promises and services. K9 Spa and Training Center is awesome.

It’s literally doggie Disney. From the amazing staff who love on my boy so genuinely to the immaculate yards (yes, multiple yards!) and well-run facilities, I have peace of mind knowing he’s always in the best of care. I was first blessed to uncover this gem when Rachel trained Griffin as a puppy at 9 weeks old and we’ve been going there religiously weekly ever since. I would typically have angst and anxiety separating from my sweet boy, but instead I look forward to seeing his report card with pictures of him with his besties enjoying every minute of their time and the cutest notes about his day there. They is no price I can place on how much I value them and I cannot recommend them more highly!
