She picked up our dogs at Miami airport, accommodated several changes to the arrival date and time without any problem, took great care of them, handled their grooming, and brought them home the next morning looking absolutely great.
What we appreciated most was the level of care and personal attention she gave them, especially after a long international trip and during their first days adjusting to a new environment. Communication was excellent and we always felt that our dogs were in very good hands.
We’re very happy with K9 By Design and will definitely continue working with Briana. Highly recommended.

I called late Friday afternoon to make an appointment and after explaining the situation, they fit me in on the following Tuesday. Dr. Jaffe offered to get us in ASAP and even did the surgery on Christmas Eve. He had to go back a few months later for the same surgery and everyone there did as before...got us in quickly and took great care of him. When he passed away, we got a personalized card from the entire staff. Every interaction we had with anyone in this office was always kind, professional and understanding. We are so grateful that he was taken care of during his last few months by Dr. Jaffe and her staff!
