The veterinarian treat our dog like it was her. Vaccines, solute, prescriptions, special food, etc... at a pretty decent price. Respect and empathy, she gave us her personnal phone for the coming night in case. She called us the day after to take news. We strongly recommand that clinic. Thank you.

Three years after Blue’s original training with Calypso Canines, I can confidently say that choosing them was one of the best decisions I made for him.
Because of my military commitments, I spent a long period away from Blue, and naturally I wondered how much of his training he would still remember. I contacted Mike and explained the situation. Instead of simply telling me to purchase another program, he invited Blue and me back for a refresher session and did it at no charge.
What happened next genuinely impressed me.
Within minutes, Blue began responding to the same commands he had learned years earlier. It was almost as if someone had flipped a switch and brought all of that training back to the surface. Watching him work made me realize something important: good dog training is not about temporarily making a dog behave—it is about creating communication and discipline that can last.
But what impressed me even more was Mike himself.
Three years later, he still took the time to help us. He answered my questions, worked with me so I could properly reinforce Blue’s training at home, and even contacted me afterward to ask how Blue was doing. That kind of follow-up says everything about the character of a business.
There are many places willing to train your dog. Finding people who still care about you and your dog years after they have already been paid is much harder.
If you are considering Calypso Canines but feel nervous about making the decision, I completely understand that feeling. Based on my experience with Blue, however, I would tell you this: give them the opportunity to show you what they can do.
Three years later, the training is still there—and so is their support.

She helped teach me behavior medication techniques for our Malinois using an e collar. She made the sessions manageable and focused on day to day things that our family needed like place and proper walking techniques. Her guidance has made having visitors in our home manageable and has given me confidence that I can keep our Mal comfortable in a variety of situations. By the end of training, we mastered Home Depot, the beach and even the mall.

We adopted our dog Lucy from B.D.R. They have areas dogs you want to check out can spend time with you. We looked at several before we adopted. We went back today to support and see the beagles they took in from the Ridglan Company which was a medical research puppy mill treating treating the puppies like rats. With a strong volunteer base, they are domesticated, vaccinating and moving the (many) beagles towards their forever homes. The adoption fees for dogs range from $100 to $600.

14444 Okeechobee Blvd, LoxahatcheeThe online pre application process was simple and they responded quickly. The list of available pets was accurate and up to date upon arrival. We were allowed to walk though and look and then Sophia took us to the puppy palace. We met Paws and we decided that he was the one. We went back to the office and the process was quick and efficient. We left with our new addition and one happy dog. Great organized operation that takes care of all the animals on property.
