If they don’t carry the product I want they happily order it and follow up by phone to let me know when it has arrived.
The personal touch that is so hard to find is alive and well here and the staff clearly love what they do - and the four and two legged creatures who walk in. The fact that they bake drool-worthy human- ingredient dog treats will just make you want to hang out even longer.

I witnessed such exceptional service the other day (Tuesday 7/28/26 around 5pm) that I just had to write a review! The young lady working in the aquatics department was super knowledgeable on the proper care for each of the fish in the store. I observed her assisting several customers and giving them 100% correct advice on how to make sure their fish thrive. It is rare to go into a chain pet store and see the staff care so deeply about the welfare of the animals. I watched this young lady guide a young family through proper aquarium set up, appropriate tank size for the species of fish they wanted to keep, etc. She was patient with all of the questions and truly went above and beyond. I also appreciate the fact that this location offers live plants in the tanks as well. Even the hermit crab display has the proper amount of substrate. Shout out to the entire team for the display of proper care of animals.

The nurse even came out with a diagram of the heart and circled the areas. I really had a great science lesson. The doctor was extremely personable as well and was happy to share the wonderful news with me that Shayla’s degenerative heart condition did not progress and is still mild. I would commute 2 hours to go to this Cardo Care Center as I felt so comfortable that my girl was in great hands.

Animal Cancer Care Clinic

With the excellent medical treatment given by Dr. Camps and her caring associates, we are happy to report that Tina is doing remarkably well. She is happy, playful, and so loving. Obviously we cherish every moment we have with her. What an incredible medical team to give us more time with Tina.
