“This was messed up from the beginning.
This Penske location caused a three day headache. Watch the video. ? $30 refund on a $154.81 bill and I didn't get to finish what I needed.
The rep was very nice that I spoke with when we found out what was happening with the truck. Unfortunately, it caused us time and the inability to complete what we needed. Avoiding the wind and rain was critical.
The seal around the windshield was coming off. The conversation with the Rep at this location led me to believe this had happened before. He didn't seem surprised in my opinion when I told him it was the windshield. In addition I over heard a service rep when I dropped off mention it had happened in the past. Ok Penske this is not cool.
We have 3 more moves within the next 9 months. I swore to use Penske but y'all gotta do better.
And the district manager at this location needs to get a grip. We're loyal customers and apparently that means nothing anymore to him. ??????????”

Your team was OUTSTANDING during my move on Monday. They were efficient, professional, and handled every detail with absolute perfection. Their knowledge of the Peloton Tread+ (which had to partially disassembled & reassembled), and Peloton Bike was especially impressive! They clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Shelby handled everything flawlessly, demonstrating exceptional communication and organization from my very first phone call through the completion of the move. This was by far THE BEST moving experience I’ve ever had.

“Picked up a 26’ truck here for a one way rental, Pick up was easy and timely, there was a part broken on the ramp of the truck prior to departure which the office made sure to fix before we pulled away; Truck was clean and worked well; Also a nice older gentleman did a GREAT walk through on all truck functions and how to fill fuel tank before we left - would recommend; Also 4 day rental as opposed to UHaul’s 3 day rental is an added bonus”

“Richard and his team go over and beyond! His staff is extremely knowledgeable. I have purchased two new trucks from RDK and one used truck all within the last 10 months. And the customer service doesn’t stop once the purchase is made anything I need from Parts or questions. I can pick up the phone and call Richard on his cell phone and he answers that says something about a business. They’re not just a one and done Truck Sales they want your business for life And they sure do have it.”
“The team here helped me out in a pinch. I needed a small trailer to travel 18 hours north from Florida to Illinois and I had never used one before. As it turned out, I needed to have the hitch added to my setup, and they squeezed me in for a last-minute appointment so that I could keep to my schedule. The trailer I wanted was not available so they upgraded me on size and didn't charge extra! After they set everything up, they offered a short walkthrough of the trailer and gave some driving and navigation tips. We were able to make the trip home safely and comfortably, knowing that we were taken care of. All said and done, the reps were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I would certainly do business with them again.”

“Thomas was an amazing worker! It was my first time ever getting a U-Haul, and he took the time to answer every single question we had without rushing us. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly determined to make sure we felt comfortable with the whole process. He even walked us out and showed us our truck, which we really appreciated. I tried to offer him a tip because of how helpful he was, but he kindly refused so writing this review is the least I could do. Excellent customer service and a great experience thanks to Thomas!”

“Nice people but the gas price you pay isn't always the same on the sign. Today it said 3.35 when paying with cash. I was charged 3.39. The circle k down the street is 3.25 but its often too busy to get to a pump”
“Family owned. Very friendly. Somewhat lenient on pick up and return times. Sometimes they give you extra blankets at no charge for return customers. Fast service usually. Be sure to call ahead and reserve a truck. They're busy!”
