“I’ve been getting all of my tailoring done at this Nordstrom for some time now, primarily for pant hemming, and every visit has been a consistently excellent experience with the men's department tailoring team.
This past Sunday, Joice was on duty and checked me into the fitting room, promptly calling a tailor to assist me. While I waited, I observed Joice skillfully helping multiple clients—offering both style and alteration advice, assisting at the register, and managing the overall flow of the department.
It was impressive to witness such seamless multitasking paired with exceptional customer service and attention to detail. I truly appreciate the high standard of service Nordstrom and team members like Joice uphold. Kudos to Joice and Nordstrom for delivering such a classy and professional guest experience.”

“I went in here for the first time today 8/1/25 about an hour before closing to get a full outfit for an interview on Monday. Unfortunately I don't remember the guy's name who helped me out in the store, but I do remember he said that he came over from another store. Well I did not know what sizes I needed but my guy got all my measurements and also had recommendations on fit and styling, this guy really knew his shit! He had me try on several things to really nail the perfect fit and I think this is probably the most put together I've ever looked! I got a dress shirt, dress pants, tie, and a belt, and since he figured out my perfect fit I ended up buying four other shirts. As a man, I've never really been clothes shopping where a professional has helped me and showed me things, it was awesome! I'm definitely going back next time I need any more clothes! And you should promote that guy and give him a raise, no joke.”

It was actually a really important day for me because I’ve never really known how to buy perfume, and this felt like a personal milestone. Someone took me shopping to gift me perfume which was also fun on its own but Amelia made the entire experience feel even more special and extremely comfortable from the moment we met.
She took the time to truly understand me, my personality, what I wanted the scent to express, and the kind of impact I hoped it would have in my everyday life. I felt genuinely heard and guided throughout the process. Her knowledge was incredible, but what stood out most was her kindness and care.
Because of her, I’ll absolutely be coming back to this store anytime I need perfume, and I will specifically be asking for Amalia.

The prices are very cheap and there are brand name things cheaper than in other places. You can also find some super discounted items. I want to highlight the incredible experience I consistently have at the TJ Maxx located at 7555 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa, FL 33615. I visit this store about every two weeks, and every single time, the level of organization, cleanliness, and customer service is absolutely outstanding. This location is truly an example of what excellent management looks like — all thanks to Manager Ira C.
The store is always spotless and perfectly organized. Every item is in the correct section, everything is neatly hung on hangers, and nothing is ever on the floor. You can tell immediately that the team takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming shopping environment.
The staff here deserves special recognition. They are consistently helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind. They check in with you to make sure you have everything you need, offer assistance without being pushy, and are always willing to carry bags or help in any way possible. Their attitude is warm, friendly, and professional — it feels like walking into a place where people are happy to work and happy to help.
I want to give a special mention to Kelly and Jennifer, who recently helped me with my purchase. They were so patient, caring, and supportive. I never felt rushed, and they made sure I had all the time and attention I needed. Interactions like these are exactly why I keep coming back.
