“It was 9:25pm (closing time) and Carol welcomed me to check out with so much joy! Chit chatting I told her I was moving, she shared info on Home Sense and educated me on the credit card for me to save during moving. She has such a filling personality.
The manager Blake (cool blonde and black hair style) was amazing as well, really treated me like a valued customer.
The store is clean, organized, and has lots of options.”

“oh my gosh impeccable service let me just tell you this wonderful woman named tori (one of the deli workers) provided the fastest and best service anyone could ask for she wasn't impatient she wasn't being rude and best of all she mad my sub so delectable I didn't want to eat anything else that day cause I knew no food would come close to being as good as that sub it was so good it made me cry a little to this day I haven't had a better sub. so in conclusion,

“This location is always busy and clean. Staff is always pleasant. Location is near the fresh fruit stand so it makes it a great stop for lottery, gas and snacks (unhealthy and healthy). Getting out and back on to 301 towards 75 is a pain but a quick u-turn exiting by the fruit stand onky takes an extra minute.”

“First time to Nordstrom rack and I was pleasantly surprised. They have a variety of skincare, perfumes, shoes clothes, swimwear and more. Prices are affordable and they offer some really unique pieces that I have not seen elsewhere. The store was cleaned and well organized. Labels are all over the place guiding you through the sections and showing you details you may have missed. I will be back. “My husband and I returned some items here from Amazon. The lady who scanned our items in, accidentally double scanned one of the items and she said she’d cancel one of them, and I also accidentally gave her the wrong QR code. She didn’t cancel it and placed the wrong label on the item and therefore we had an issue on our Amazon account. We called and the supervisor Trey (maybe it’s Tray or Tre lol) not sure how it’s spelled, volunteered to open up boxes to find the item and redo the return with the right label. This is an example of going above and beyond in customer service! Thank you Trey (I hope that’s how you spell your name). Because of you - I opted to give this location a 5 star rating. ?”
