“My experience was awsome…..I had an appointment to get a passport and the lady was very helpful.Told me the exact items I needed and where to get them to make everything run smoothly.When I went back the second time,I was in and out within 10 minutes.They told me it would be 4-6 weeks from the day everything gets processed(not the day of your appointment) before I get mine or get rejected but everything actually took a month.My experience was the best…..No complaints ?.”

“I live downtown and have used this location several times to mail out small packages. No issues and usually pretty cheap with Media Mail. My packages get to recipients on the estimated delivery date. Just make sure to go in the middle of the day if you can to avoid waiting or being rushed.”

“Clerk Jill always goes above and beyond, she knowledgeable and courteous. I visited this office because my local office at 13266 Byrd Dr STE 100, Odessa, FL 33556-5309 was not able to help with the return receipt that USPS never delivered for the very important mail and even their supervisor was telling me that "he can only access records within his zip code", However, Jill (she was not even a supervisor) printed out electronic return receipt for my delivered certified letter and provided detailed contact information for the office in NY. Thus, I did not need to file any claims and had a delivery proof on hands within 5 minutes of visiting this office. Thank you so much, Jill! I hope you will be promoted to a supervisor.”

THANKS A MILLION for your EXCELLENT understanding, quick response, and the professional manner associated Tandy, handled the service and my very sensitive emotions at that moment from a horrible embarrassment situation with a associate at Carrollwood USPS office location in N. Dale, when other customer service associates are sending me back and forth between USPS locations, one for out of stamps, and the other associate not knowledgeable about my official document request.
Months ago, associate Tandy helped me with the same post, always super knowledgeable, listening carefully and patiently.

“I want to take a moment to recognize an incredible customer service experience I had at the Forest Hills USPS Station in Tampa. I was assisted by Uta, and I truly cannot express enough how amazing she was.
I came in to inquire about shipping flyers for our business, and from the moment I spoke with her, Uta went above and beyond. She listened to my concerns with patience and genuine care, ensured I had all the necessary paperwork, and took the time to explain the process clearly. I left feeling heard, supported, and honestly, hopeful — something you don’t always expect when running errands.
Although this post office is about 40 minutes from my home, I would gladly make the drive again just to receive this level of service. It’s rare to find someone in public service who not only does their job well but takes pride in making sure people feel valued and respected.
While I know many USPS staff are doing their best in a fast-paced environment, Uta stood out for her ability to slow down, connect, and show that she genuinely cares about the community she serves. I sincerely hope management sees this and recognizes her for the impact she makes — we need more people like her in public service.

“Had to show up for in person Informed Delivery verification. Ed had me in and out the door in 5 minutes, during lunch, and it was working before I even got home. I was the first person in line, and once there were 2 people behind me, the single employee at the counter called Ed and 1 more up. That's service.
These reviews are hilarious. Do you want the PO to give you a lollipop and a bandage too? It's the POST OFFICE, not a hug box ?.
Location was clean, and all the supplies for Priority etc. were stocked in the waiting area. The heck else do you need from one?”

Nabari was exceptional in customer service, polite , friendly, hard working, and went beyond when she did not know the answer.
She did make feel stupid. Or pretend to know. Love her honesty.
Troy, the supervisor, was phenomenally well informed and delivering the answers to my questions.
I had one question, which then turned into 5 others. Every question, he was able to clarify for me.
It was very educational of one question.
I am grateful that this place was open, and the staffs are delighted and pleasant to work with.
