“i love that they actually stock things you cant find at the big box stores. got a weird sized washer for an old faucet i almost gave up on the staff knew exactly what i was looking for though. the parking lot is a nightmare on weekends, it gets super cramped and tight. price is a little higher than home depot but youre paying for convenience and actual help. just wish they had a couple more registers open when its busy, standing in line forever kind of kills the mood.”

I walked in and they right away asked if I needed help finding anything then when the manager came to help me he actually took me over to the section I was looking for and personally helped me pick out what i needed. Very helpful, the cashier was cool too. He signed me up for a rewards account but asked if I identify as female which I kinda took offense to like clearly I am female. I know people identify differently nowadays but if I was working and the question came up id go with my gut instinct not sit there and ask the person.”

“I randomly showed up with a tiny screw in my hand unknowing of it's size or thread, looking for more of the same size. Staff was polite and the gentleman who helped me quickly found they had had the same bolt/thread in two different lengths. I couldn't find this tiny size bolt at several other well known locations and am grateful they had it.”
“A well run organization, used in Melbourne and Seffner fl. Phone, website etc. Why use Lowes or Home Depot? They are horrible. I order items and go pick up when ready. And pricing is great, large order delivery works well also.”

“I just wanted to share my experience with dealing with this particular Ace Hardware. I was looking to purchase a new grill. I looked at what they had to offer and met Dominic. He was the go to person that knew all about grills. He was amazing! He shared his knowledge of grills and what was appropriate for us. He not only made sure we got our grill before the Fourth of July , he also made sure my mother’s was delivered the same day! ( I was so impressed with him, I had told my mother to go there to deal with him as well) I will now go here for anything we need in the future. Thank you Dominic! Appreciate you!”

“We came to Gaspar in search of knobs and pulls to replace our existing ones on our kitchen cabinets and drawers. We loved their gorgeous selection, although we and had no idea how much of a challenge this would be. Throughout the whole process, Judy was very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with, and we love how our cabinets look with such gorgeous, high quality knobs and pulls. When we are ready to upgrade our bathroom cabinets, we will definitely be back.”

Then she called another store and said they have the other 2 I needed. She said she was going to another store and that she would get them and call me when they arrived.
