“Great experience overall! I needed to get a new family plan with my elderly parents and 3 new phones. I was greeted by Mason, whom made us feel welcome the second I walked through the door. I explained to him that I’m a heavy phone user, but my parents are not. Mason quickly informed me of AT&T’s unlimited your way plan and how we can mix and match data amounts between each person. He was attentive to all my questions and never once made me feel uncomfortable as he explained the nuisance of each plan. I ended up going with the value plan for my parents and the premium for myself with unlimited data. To top it all off we even got brand new iPhones 17s with the trade in of our old iPhones. All together it was less than $150! I’d highly recommend this location and specifically ask for Mason for anything you need.”

“Ifixandrepair gave me an excellent and competitive price to fix my back glass, camera glass and back camera.
Their staff is well organized, time efficient and extremely friendly. When they didn't have my part they ordered it and it came to the shop next day!
I have experienced disorganized and unpleasant phone fixing stores and this place is far from it. This store is truly superb!
I highly recommend utilizing their services if you are in need of a cost effective and quality repair.
P.S. if you are to get a repair make sure you buy them all at the same time so that you can save money on taxes and their bundle services.”
“Mariano, was the young man who helped us at your store in Sarasota. It took us a while for us to decide what to do. And it took us quite a while to get everything figured out. But everything went well. Mariano was very helpful and answered a lot of questions.
Later we went to the store in Brandon and Alpha helped us . He did a great job too. Now we are still getting used to our new phones, but it is easy to get help, from the staff or on the phone.”

“My experience with att&t started as a nightmare. My door to door sells guy lied and has made my transition a pain in my neck. So as I came to this store for my fourth issue, I must say that Isaias SAVED THE DAY. He could see the aggrevation in my eyes and he was patient and would not let me leave until he solved my problem. I was there over a hr and he was attending to me and other customers that were comn in when he was by himself. Great worker and the staff and management should be proud to have him on board. And i hope to see him in management one day plus he has a great mustache. In my book he is a Att&t Prophet.”
“Angel helped my husband and I upgrade our current iphones to the new iphone 17’s. He was extremely quick, knowledgeable and pleasant! Our transfer process was pretty quick at under an hour.
We appreciated his recommendation to bring our current phones home to ensure everything transferred properly as well!
While we waited for Angel to assist us, Melissa the manager answered all of our questions for us as well as checked the back to ensure we didn’t waste our time waiting for a phone that might not have been there!
