“Great experience overall! I needed to get a new family plan with my elderly parents and 3 new phones. I was greeted by Mason, whom made us feel welcome the second I walked through the door. I explained to him that I’m a heavy phone user, but my parents are not. Mason quickly informed me of AT&T’s unlimited your way plan and how we can mix and match data amounts between each person. He was attentive to all my questions and never once made me feel uncomfortable as he explained the nuisance of each plan. I ended up going with the value plan for my parents and the premium for myself with unlimited data. To top it all off we even got brand new iPhones 17s with the trade in of our old iPhones. All together it was less than $150! I’d highly recommend this location and specifically ask for Mason for anything you need.”

“My experience with att&t started as a nightmare. My door to door sells guy lied and has made my transition a pain in my neck. So as I came to this store for my fourth issue, I must say that Isaias SAVED THE DAY. He could see the aggrevation in my eyes and he was patient and would not let me leave until he solved my problem. I was there over a hr and he was attending to me and other customers that were comn in when he was by himself. Great worker and the staff and management should be proud to have him on board. And i hope to see him in management one day plus he has a great mustache. In my book he is a Att&t Prophet.”

“So, these phone companies are no different than Airlines… you can say, this one is terrible, I’ll never… but the fact is we need this stupid devices to run our lives. Yesterday I was a 20+ yr ATT customer and have had an iPhone since the 1st day they went public19+ yrs… but ATT has become to detached from their customers and frankly do not value loyalty. Mercedes and the team at International Plaza provided a rarity these days, Customer Service with solid knowledge and experience coupled with a good promotion, earned my Personal and Business accounts and I recommend, if you’re tired of the run around on the phone or worse, going to an in person store only to have the rep pick-up the phone and go through a menu tree, I recommend you see her team and have them guide through the process and see it through to the end! Kudos to Mer and the team! Just walk through Dick sporting Good to enter the mall and there are right there on the left. Mahalos for your professionalism and assistance. 🤙🏼”
