“We are brand new to TMobile & my husband and I were looking to establish an account and transfer our numbers over. We went to the store at 1916 W Brandon Blvd & we were cordially greeted by Mobile Expert Andres Caicedo. I have worked in customer service quite a bit and have been a customer my whole life. Andres was exceptional. There were obstacles with login issues & delays with the systems speed and a few hiccups but he handeled it all with the highest level of professionalism & patience. He didnt compain or dig or put anyone down. Not once. He was organized and had a very efficient workflow. I had to come back the next day to finish my Phones update and I was glad to do it since working with Andres was a terrific experience! He remembered the info i told him and I didnt have to repeat it because he wrote things down. He LISTENED to our needs & offered us things that were a good fit for our needs and the price. He didnt just shove an upsale down our throats. He helped reassure me that I wouldnt loose my important phone content & it gave me great peace of mind. Excellent sales, soft skills, communication (written & verbal), attention to detail & highly KNOWLEDGEABLE (SME - subject matter expert). He needs a raise & a promotion! “Erica from the Tampa office location fixed our issue of 3+ months in a matter of being on the phone for 31 minutes she was so amazing and kind and absolutely respectful, rectified the issue so easily after going through our bank statement on what they took out and the last supervisor screwed us over on and blamed us for we were ready to cancel our spectrum internet right then on December 23 made a payment of 120 dollars and wanted 93 dollars for this month 2 weeks before our bill is due when our bill shouldve only been 60 but Erica was amazing and fixed everything for us.

“I’ll start by saying I was about ready to leave Verizon after being with them for 25 years or so. Then my husband received a call from a very nice young woman named Mia asking if we had gotten everything figured out with opening our new business account. She told him to come in and she would get it all straightened out. I went in and Mia and Jeff were excellent and in 55 min handled everything that’s taken us months and hours of phone calls that no one else could figure out. Mia and Jeff are rockstars and are the best there by far!! If you need anything go see them!”
“We had a great experience here. We came in frustrated because we had trouble with visible by verizon, a 3rd party service, when trying to switch carriers on my wife's phone. We came in with low expectations but there were several really nice guys right at the door who greeted us and got to helping us right away. We asked about options other than visible and ended up getting to upgrade my wife's phone and set up a new plan for her within just a few minutes. I had lots of questions but Chris who helped us gave me every option and laid it out for us to choose, no BS. It was a great overall experience and we are happy we came to this location!”

“Their service is definitely better than satellite internet, but their speeds are not consistent. The speed I currently pay for I think I might have had for 2 days in a row then the next day the average speed was slower, then good again, then bad again. It's very up and down. I pay for a certain speed and I have never gone a week where I actually had that speed everyday......this is according to my Google wifi system at home. BUT if you live out in the country this is the best option out there.”

I want to give a big thank you and shoutout to Ray, who’s from Tampa, Florida. He helped me set up my mobile service through Spectrum’s customer service line today.
Ray was extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable, and very understanding—it was truly a pleasure speaking with him.
I had previously left Spectrum—not because of bad service, but to give another carrier that supports veterans. That didn’t work out, especially since the new provider didn’t have a spam blocker, and I was overwhelmed with annoying, unwanted calls. So I called in and asked Ray if I could come back home to Spectrum, and he said I could. ? I’m happy to be back!
Ray made the process smooth and stress-free. His patience and helpfulness reminded me why I chose Spectrum in the first place.
If anyone within Spectrum Management is reading this review, Ray is a good man, a great representative, and I assure you—he would make an excellent manager.”
“UPDATE....We bought a house in Nokomis Fl and live an hour away. We set up 2 appointments for Frontier to hook up our internet and both times they were a no show. No phone call no email
no text to let us know they weren't coming.
This was the worst
company we've dealt
with and we have had
many different
companies for internet
installation. We ended
up getting T Mobile and
it was after 4:00 that
same day Frontier blew
us off and we had
internet by 7:00 that
evening. Idiots!

Unfortunately T
Mobile did not work out for us with Internet service because we have too many devices. We ended up going to our local Verizon store to get Internet which is
now Frontier. We explained about Frontiers no show twice and they assured us it would not happen again. We now have Frontier and it seems to be good for us.”
“If it wasn’t for Mark, I would have left a 1-star review. Since July, I upgraded to 5GB with Frontier but it never worked properly. I called more than 5 times and was told it was my fault and that I was doing something wrong. When Mark finally arrived, he immediately realized that the problem was that the equipment installed only supported up to 2GB — something I could not fix on my own. He replaced everything needed, and since then the internet has been working perfectly. Thanks to Mark, I’m giving this 5-star review.”
