“I recently needed to buy two scrub tops and pants for my job and was in a rush because I needed them the next day. I called one day 30 minutes before closing and Cara and Jane offered to help me by purchasing the items over the phone because they had to close in 20 mins but I told them that I would come by the next day. I then called the following day 1 hour before they closed because that’s when I got out of work and asked them to put two sizes on hold for me to try on. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and Cara and Jane were nothing but the sweetest and most understanding. The helped me pick the best fit and I am beyond happy with their beyond remarkable customer service. I have worked retail jobs for 3 plus years, and I can confidently say that these ladies are the best of the best and deserve a raise 1000%. “Suitsupply almost turned into the typical suit store experience. Inattentive employees, customer service was subpar, management even seemed to be lacking customer service skills. Right before turning to my wife and leaving, Pierce came up and introduced himself and assisted me, I was envisioning a custom suit for my wedding that stood out and was above the rest, he helped me put together my own custom suit and paint the picture I imagined for myself. “I have been coming to on your toes for so many years for all of our dancewear and needs I'm so heartbroken that they are being forced out of their home that they have had for decades since before all of these other people were here in this shopping mall ? it is wrong and unfair I recommend doing anything you can to help them out! Very knowledgeable about the various shoes, professional and is honest. I tried on two different sizes and I felt like the smaller shoe felt better. Well, he said, "no, no, no, they are too small, your left foot is hanging over the back which means you won't get the benefits of the shoes proper fit". The customer is not always right, listen to the sales associate! He knows all the products! I'll definitely go back when he is there.”
