Unfortunately, we were there for several hours due to an issue with my phone that took some time to figure out. But Sean figured it out.”
“OMG went to the verizon Belleview store on Sunday and it’s all new staff but when i say AMAZING, simply amazing. Samantha and Ferrante was so Awesome. wherever they came from they are definitely an asset to Verizon. They connected with me and my children and made us feel like they have known my family forever!!!! the wait time was not that long and they were so comfortable with connected with my children to the point where my children has been asking can we visit them again. They were very apologetic and went step-by-step through with us to make sure that Verizon would cancel all the unnecessary services and helped to bring the bill down more than $100 a month. Cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“Who would have thought a boost store does phone repairs? well this store does. Hands down the best boost store I have been to. The staff is very insightful and they go above and beyond to help square away any issues with your phone or service. It's almost like they treat the customers problem with their phone as if it were their own. They did a great job repairing my phone. I was in and out with a new screen in less than an hour!!! Thought I was gonna have to buy a whole new phone and spend hundreds of dollars but they fixed my phone for less than $120”

The company cricket itself is trash.
My partner and I were in a boating accident and lost access to our phones one being completely fried from the water and one being at the bottom of the lake somewhere. They had put us through hoops to give our number transfer pin. Literally when someone is going through the traumatic event of losing everything on board and swimming for our lifes, we now have to fight to get our telephone number to go somewhere else. Because I pay monthly for insurance, and when it comes down for them to replace the phone they want 250 and it's for a used phone ... seriously that ridiculous! So I went somewhere else and the obstacles course cricket put us through was complete hell. I hope yall realize what an amazing employee you have on your hands. Jose knew I was an emotional wreck and was trying to be very comforting and was unbelievably helpful got me in to speak to someone, since I didn't have access to a cricket line to do this he made it to where I had an order for a transfer pin.within 3 hours my pin that I had been fighting for for a week was in my hand. Shortly after a recent software upgrade I noticed all my Calendar and Events were gone! Needless to say I was frantic because my entire life events are stored on my iOS calendar. Went online had excellent assistance with Chat feature, was then moved up to a tech, we spoke via phone and almost immediately the problem was resolved and all my data was back.
