After having a terrible experience over the phone with AT&T customer service—where James Prolis had a very poor attitude and refused to help by providing the IMEI or even the serial number of my phone (which would not turn on and was required by Apple)—I was left completely stuck and without solutions.
When I came back to the AT&T Brandon Mall store, Jose and Catherine went above and beyond. Their customer service was outstanding. They were patient, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me solve the issue.
Even when a supervisor initially hesitated and claimed the information was “personal,” Jose and Catherine clearly explained that this was an AT&T-issued phone, verified everything on the account, and worked internally to find a solution. They checked partial information, advocated on my behalf, and persisted until the IMEI was finally provided.
Thanks to their effort, teamwork, and determination, Apple was finally able to move forward and the phone issue could be resolved.
This AT&T location deserves recognition. Jose and Catherine showed what real customer service looks like and turned a very stressful situation into a positive experience. The problem was not AT&T Brandon Mall—it was the phone customer service. This store absolutely deserves the credit.”

It was a long process as we were dealing with her old Carrier which was being a bit difficult yet Diondre was never ruffled or rushed and handled everything with true professionalism. “I had a couple of green lines that ran vertically suddenly appear on the screen of my phone. I used my phone Insurance to make a claim and was told that I'd be sent a replacement device. I was never told that it would be a different model than my current device. I stopped in at CPR and Sam was extremely helpful with refiling my phone Insurance claim to get my screen replaced at no charge. This was the better option for me because I'd be losing out on the expandable storage with the replacement device. I have a 1TB memory card that I use to capture many photos and videos. I can't justify paying a recurring monthly charge for cloud storage when my current device works perfectly fine. I left my phone with Sam and returned a couple of hours later. Sam then informed me that he also replaced the battery at no charge and I should be able to notice a big difference in the amount of time between a fresh charge. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone to do their business here for whatever services are needed.”
