“Evan, is 1st Class. Everytime I go I wait for him. He was at the Leesburg Florida location today across from the mall.
Someone came in and there were many people in the store. He made snide comments while he waited.
He ended up going to Evan who he had made the comment about due to the person Evan was waiting on before this man took a while.
Evan was Professional and Courteous.”

“I've been using this Verizon store since I moved to Tavares 4 years ago. I met a young man named Evan Shard who has not only been a representative for me for Verizon, but also turned out to be one of my best friends. He came with awesome customer service and a great personality. Every time I would purchase a new phone he would be there for me even when he wasn't working. I have had nothing but an excellent experience with him and the store as a whole. I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else for any phone or tablet help. As a matter of fact I try to send as many customers to him as I can, knowing that he has given me such wonderful service over the four years. It's a great big THANK YOU to Evan for all the help he has given me in the past.”

“I had a great experience with AJ at Boost today! He was very friendly and super helpful! I felt he treated me as he would his mother! I am very technically challenged and he put me at ease. Thou I was unable to switch phones because my new/used phone had not been unlocked by AT&T, AJ set me on the path do do that. I will be coming back to your store.Your store was quite busy and Angie was working by herself. She was very friendly and very efficient! AJ came in to help and the line moved very fast!”
“T was amazing. We came in for an Xfinity box, and instead, we switched our family plan from Tmobile. The only downfall was that she was the only sales person in the store. If she would have had a second computer or staff, we would have been out of the store way sooner than 5 hours. T had to take care of other customers in between waiting for boost to clear up issues with a couple of our lines. T really holds that store together. 3 different customers, at 3 different times, said the same.”

“After my terrible experience at the Mount Dora location, Amaris was beyond helpful and showed true customer service. Although cricket support (the chat people) were not helpful, she still continued to strive for answers for me. She gave advice to contact Apple and sure enough, my diagnostics test failed and I needed to go to the store to get a new one. Thanks Amaris!!!”
