“It was 9:25pm (closing time) and Carol welcomed me to check out with so much joy! Chit chatting I told her I was moving, she shared info on Home Sense and educated me on the credit card for me to save during moving. She has such a filling personality.
The manager Blake (cool blonde and black hair style) was amazing as well, really treated me like a valued customer.
The store is clean, organized, and has lots of options.”

“I went in here for the first time today 8/1/25 about an hour before closing to get a full outfit for an interview on Monday. Unfortunately I don't remember the guy's name who helped me out in the store, but I do remember he said that he came over from another store. Well I did not know what sizes I needed but my guy got all my measurements and also had recommendations on fit and styling, this guy really knew his shit! He had me try on several things to really nail the perfect fit and I think this is probably the most put together I've ever looked! I got a dress shirt, dress pants, tie, and a belt, and since he figured out my perfect fit I ended up buying four other shirts. As a man, I've never really been clothes shopping where a professional has helped me and showed me things, it was awesome! I'm definitely going back next time I need any more clothes! And you should promote that guy and give him a raise, no joke.”
“I generally avoid the jewelry vounter because some of the ladies are a bit standoffish. Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Ms. Questa. I had been directed to the counter to process a return. About an hour later I left having bought four pairs of gold earrings and feeling like I had made a new friend for life. Ms. Quests treated me with such genuine kindness and care, and we had the best of time picking out four pairs of gold earrings. That is what customer service is supposed to look like at its core. Sadly, one no longer experiences such service at department stores these days. Ms. Questa did an amazing job selling me not one, not two, not three, but FOUR pairs of gold earrings and I left feeling wonderfully well she had helped me spend that much money ?”

“oh my gosh impeccable service let me just tell you this wonderful woman named tori (one of the deli workers) provided the fastest and best service anyone could ask for she wasn't impatient she wasn't being rude and best of all she mad my sub so delectable I didn't want to eat anything else that day cause I knew no food would come close to being as good as that sub it was so good it made me cry a little to this day I haven't had a better sub. so in conclusion,

“Yesterday I was feeling bad to check out some items after the store is closed but “Zina” from the customer service from Dillard’s at Brandon mall was so welcoming and professional. “Zina”provided best customer services ever and will diffidently shop back at Dillard’s!!”
“Pros: Pet wash room was very clean. Staff provided 3 towels for my 100 lb, double coated German Shepherd which was definitely necessary.
Cons: No brushes to reach the undercoat.(One brush, but it brushed only the top coat) No nail clippers. One tub was actually plugged with hair. All the scrubber gloves and scrubber tools were full of hair. The water hoses are too short, unable to reach the dog when they sit on the far end away from the spout.”

Gianna was so kind and patient , letting my daughter take her time counting her money and learning to pay for her own items.”

“This TJ Maxx is always neat and clean. We had to use their restrooms several times and it’s always clean. Their inventory is always well stocked as well. Floor attendants have good attitude and always eager to help. I highly recommend this location.”
“This is a huge Bealls!!! You could shop all day in the women's clothes, they have a very big selection. Also, they have make up, accessories, shoes, men's clothes, baby stuff and children's clothes. They have small bedding and bath, but really nice things . Also deco for home and outdoors!!!”
“Donella, sales associate, was very helpful to me in the men's fragrance department. Very polite and knowledgeable in her department. I would go back to her and seek her expertise the next time I go back to Dillard's. She had her department head come out and meet me, she was also very helpful. Thank you Dillard's. Five stars!!!”

It was actually a really important day for me because I’ve never really known how to buy perfume, and this felt like a personal milestone. Someone took me shopping to gift me perfume which was also fun on its own but Amelia made the entire experience feel even more special and extremely comfortable from the moment we met.
She took the time to truly understand me, my personality, what I wanted the scent to express, and the kind of impact I hoped it would have in my everyday life. I felt genuinely heard and guided throughout the process. Her knowledge was incredible, but what stood out most was her kindness and care.
Because of her, I’ll absolutely be coming back to this store anytime I need perfume, and I will specifically be asking for Amalia.
I just wanted to make sure she got her flowers.”

“I’ve been getting all of my tailoring done at this Nordstrom for some time now, primarily for pant hemming, and every visit has been a consistently excellent experience with the men's department tailoring team.
This past Sunday, Joice was on duty and checked me into the fitting room, promptly calling a tailor to assist me. While I waited, I observed Joice skillfully helping multiple clients—offering both style and alteration advice, assisting at the register, and managing the overall flow of the department.
It was impressive to witness such seamless multitasking paired with exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
