“Omg the deals!!! I went to do a return and the original marshals. I got it at apparently put a different price tag on the item so it was not the easiest return but the manager Nathan was so nice about it that he let me return it for credit which I actually wanted and Miriam Was my cashier and I actually gave her a TJ Maxx receipt originally and felt dumb and asked her if I could just run to my car and if she needed to ring up the next person she could but she was so patient and kind with doing my returns with all the hassle that I brought into the store I’m so sorry lol And then was just checking out, but I do appreciate the store manager Nathan very nice guy and was able to easily return the items in the end!
I did run into another customer in the store and her and I both do the same thing because Marshalls has such great deals, especially clearance items that I tend to purchase a lot of items for peoples birthdays way ahead of time so this visit was mainly me doing my return and then buying birthday presents for my friends … One of the most organized marshals I’ve ever been to to be completely honest and all of the people on the floor were working so hard. I was so impressed… I also use the restroom and it was clean.”
“I generally avoid the jewelry vounter because some of the ladies are a bit standoffish. Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Ms. Questa. I had been directed to the counter to process a return. About an hour later I left having bought four pairs of gold earrings and feeling like I had made a new friend for life. Ms. Quests treated me with such genuine kindness and care, and we had the best of time picking out four pairs of gold earrings. That is what customer service is supposed to look like at its core. Sadly, one no longer experiences such service at department stores these days. Ms. Questa did an amazing job selling me not one, not two, not three, but FOUR pairs of gold earrings and I left feeling wonderfully well she had helped me spend that much money ?”

“It was 9:25pm (closing time) and Carol welcomed me to check out with so much joy! Chit chatting I told her I was moving, she shared info on Home Sense and educated me on the credit card for me to save during moving. She has such a filling personality.
The manager Blake (cool blonde and black hair style) was amazing as well, really treated me like a valued customer.
The store is clean, organized, and has lots of options.”
“I went in here for the first time today 8/1/25 about an hour before closing to get a full outfit for an interview on Monday. Unfortunately I don't remember the guy's name who helped me out in the store, but I do remember he said that he came over from another store. Well I did not know what sizes I needed but my guy got all my measurements and also had recommendations on fit and styling, this guy really knew his shit! He had me try on several things to really nail the perfect fit and I think this is probably the most put together I've ever looked! I got a dress shirt, dress pants, tie, and a belt, and since he figured out my perfect fit I ended up buying four other shirts. As a man, I've never really been clothes shopping where a professional has helped me and showed me things, it was awesome! I'm definitely going back next time I need any more clothes! And you should promote that guy and give him a raise, no joke.”

“oh my gosh impeccable service let me just tell you this wonderful woman named tori (one of the deli workers) provided the fastest and best service anyone could ask for she wasn't impatient she wasn't being rude and best of all she mad my sub so delectable I didn't want to eat anything else that day cause I knew no food would come close to being as good as that sub it was so good it made me cry a little to this day I haven't had a better sub. so in conclusion,

“This location is very sparse in comparison to other locations. They have almost no clearance merchandise and their racks overall are very empty. They only have one spinner of jewelry and the one 4 panel wide section of women's graphic tees. Overall I would wonder if this location is going out of business....”

“I do not frequent American Eagle very often as I am a 48 year-old mother of adults. However, I had bought a pair of jeans back in February. (PERFECT EVERYTHING) I’ve gained a little weight since then as it’s July so I was on the hunt for this one particular pair of jeans in the next size up. There was a Young man named Angel, who helped me try on at least 11 different pairs of jeans. We actually found the EXACT jeans I was looking for! He is a GODSEND. Because of Angel I will definitely be back!!! Thank you for helping me!!!”

“They close way too early. We had an event which we did not have time to prepare for, so ended up at Macy's only to find out they closed at 830 when everyone else closes later. They need to get with the times. Oh their computer systems are SUPER old Slow!??♀️ Update seems Macy's is currently opened until 10pm perhaps during the holiday season. “I’ve been getting all of my tailoring done at this Nordstrom for some time now, primarily for pant hemming, and every visit has been a consistently excellent experience with the men's department tailoring team.
This past Sunday, Joice was on duty and checked me into the fitting room, promptly calling a tailor to assist me. While I waited, I observed Joice skillfully helping multiple clients—offering both style and alteration advice, assisting at the register, and managing the overall flow of the department.
It was impressive to witness such seamless multitasking paired with exceptional customer service and attention to detail. I truly appreciate the high standard of service Nordstrom and team members like Joice uphold. Kudos to Joice and Nordstrom for delivering such a classy and professional guest experience.”
